Usual excellent service from ATS in St Leonards, prices good and very friendly and professional staff.

Always use ATS, friendly competent staff. If they can't fix it then no one can. Also very competitive prices.

Excellent service , I have dealt with Andy here at this branch for years and he has always been so helpful and goes above and beyond . Will always return and highly recommend.

This is reduced from 5 on my previous visit rating.

MOT took a lot longer than I thought at nearly an hour and a half. As failed MOT would be nice if staff offered to show you where tyre is actually damaged enough to fail , especially as tyre on there is only a few months old. I have to be honest service doesn't seem to be as great as it used to be. The phone often has nobody to answer it and I witnessed several customers just standing there not even acknowledged by the one staff member present at the time. Also disappointing that a simple tyre is not in stock meaning I've got to now wait several days and pay a retest fee. The place does feel very short staffed. And as I said in the last review when you've got to wait for your vehicle well over an hour a coffee machine would be so welcome

ready for my car as booked, completed service within the promised time, helpfully reviewed a potential intermittent problem, and dealt with payment and documentation courteously and in a friendly manner.

friendly approachable helpful staff, unfortunately staff issues ment there was a longer wait than expected otherwise all good.

Straightforward and honest advice was given about what maintenance & repairs should be done before next MOT. I know their advice was correct because I'm a retired aircraft engine engineer, do all my own car repairs and am aware of my vehicles condition.

We had an air con recharge. they say they test before they proceed, and don't proceed if there is any sign of a leak. So we had it done, 1 week later all air con gas had leaked out and ATS
acted as though that's our problem. We went to an air con specialist who found the leak. So we were £100 down paying for a wasted recharge. Their test is a vacuumj test apparantely, which isn't great according to the air con specialist. It was a leaking condenser, not exactly uncommon.

Great service and reasonable prices. All the staff are helpful. My car unexpectedly needed a new exhaust and the workshop sourced the part and fitted it the same day.

Efficiency personified

Great Team, friendly, knowledgeable and a good vibe. Close enough to walk to Asda to shop while you wait for your vehicle. I absolutely wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my car needs. Pleasant and warm seating area too, and easy parking.

My MOT was done in time and small bits which were wrong were replaced very quick and I got my car back at the same day. Well done. And nothing was overpriced. Thank you.
