Great customer service, good communication and giving me information on what has been done. Also they are quite happily to show me around what needs to be done. Overall very happy with the service!

Damaged my car, and won't accept liability! POOR Customer service

Im not usually the one to leave a bad review but this company is a "Joke" Had 2 new tyres fitted to the front of my car! Not cheap to say the least. To top it off they damaged both front alloys! And they couldn't have the decentcy to accept liability! And Fix what they've damaged! But I get an excuse saying they was In poor condition!! Insulting to say the least! wasn't even a mark on them literally they looked good as new.. do avoid this place / company if you value And take pride in your car, customer service is non-existent.

Amateurs at best …
Booked car in for new exhaust…..then when they had in the workshop for several hours informed us they cannot do it as bolts were stuck…..after paying more money elsewhere it turns out ATS rounded nuts off and broke the O2 sensor plug……obviously they are denying all…..there are better places in TONBRIDGE to go to.

Staff are quite miserable and it seems like they are doing you a favour and don’t see you as a paying customer

Very poor service almost resulting in damage to my vehicle!
Had my ac regassed at ATS.
I immediately thought that it wasn't performing as well as before when leaving however I thought I might have been imagining it so persevered for a week or so.
I finally decided to take it to an ac specialist today to get their opinion as to whether I was imagining it.
Upon removing the gas from the system, instead of getting 530 grammes of refrigerant out of the system (correct amount for my vehicle) 830 grammes was removed which is a big issue and subsequently why the ac was performing poorly!
I have video evidence of the amount removed and will be seeking a refund for the initial regas plus the remedial work required to fix the issue!
You would naturally think, the more gas the better however this isn't the case and left much longer could have caused serious damage to the ac system.
Shame as the guys were very pleasant but clearly made a big mistake when looking up the correct amount of gas for my vehicle.
