I booked our tickets for Aqualand and Holiday World in Maspalomas through Attraction World and the whole process was quick and hassle free. The website was easy to use and prices were very competitive.

I’ll definitely be booking again for Disneyland Paris!

I booked tickets with Vanessa M for Thorpe Park and this was done efficiently. It was easy and quick to book. Vanessa was polite and helpful.

Eventually got hold of an advisor on the phone who said they cannot issue tickets or refund me unless I close the PayPal dispute. Absolute scam company….AVOID at all costs!!!!

Tried purchasing tickets for Disneyland Paris. Web page went blank during booking, checked my bank account to see payment has been taken but received no confirmation or tickets by email. Tried contacting but the office is closed and emails are being returned unable to send

Contacted PayPal who confirmed payment had been taken so agent has started the dispute process in the hopes to return my money.

Wish I seen these reviews before ordering from attractiontix and definitely will not be using in the future.

Didn't receive any receipts or confirmation after paying over £600 for tickets had to email several times tickets were finally sent digitally on the day went went to Siam water park in Tenerife the tickets were not valid only with the help from Siam park staff who contacted Attrationtix and a long horrible wait not knowing if we had lost our money did they finally send the right tickets through for entry we would definitely not buy tickets from Attrctiontix again and would advise others to not use these sellers either...

Paid for a Cabana at Siam Park for a family birthday on 3rd July. Received the confirmation the following day with the ticket. The day after I received an email to say the Siam Park had informed them there were no Cabanas left for the whole month of July! Really disappointed and annoyed that AttractionTix sold me the ticket, took the money from my account, sent the confirmation and are STILL selling dates for Cabanas that Siam Park don’t have. Written a letter of complaint but not had a response. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING ANY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Easy booking system and tickets came through within 15mins of ordering

I ordered tickets for adisneyland Paris 6 months in advance at a great price and received the confirmation email, however with no rickets attached, just an order number.
When I arrived at Dismeyland Paris, they refused entry which deeply upset my children. Luckily the management of Disneyland sorted it for is as they could see how upsetting it was, however when I complained to ATtractiontix they weren't very helpful and basically said we should've told them about any issue prior to park entry! I will never use this site again. If it wasn't for the goodwill of Disney, we would've wasted over £7000 and had extremely upset children! We wasted 2 hours of precious queue time at customer services. If I ever go again I will use a better company!

I haven't received e-ticket to Disney and I have no idea if just the confirmation number is all I need.

Company has no interest in helping with a issue. If I'd booked direct with Disney I wouldn't have been a extra 500 pounds out of pocket. Also cheaper to book direct.

Our visit was well-planned, starting with the fascinating educational exhibits. We were particularly impressed with the marine life section, where the variety of species was astonishing. Watching the playful otters and vibrant fish was a delight!

Throughout the day, we attended several presentations led by knowledgeable staff who shared insights into animal behavior, conservation efforts, and the importance of biodiversity. Their passion was contagious, and we found ourselves fully engaged in learning.

The zoo also prioritizes animal welfare, and it shows in the spacious and well-maintained habitats. Each exhibit is thoughtfully designed, allowing animals to thrive in environments that mimic their natural habitats. We loved the interactive elements, such as touch pools and feeding sessions, which made the visit even more memorable.

As we wrapped up our day, we enjoyed a delicious meal at the zoo café, where the options were surprisingly varied. We’ll definitely return!

After accusing me of lying about me phoning them on the day i cudnt get in to euro disney i sent them a photo of my call log to prove i had not even got back to me they are a very iggnorant and arrogant if your lucky enough to get through to them do not deal with them terrible company

they issued a ticket with the wrong date after I had alerted them and told me.sorry can't help you

We bought disney tickets through this website but our flight was cancelled due to the IT global issue so we lost out on our tickets. No support or sympathy given, simply told to go through my travel insurance or airline, both of which are also not refunding us. In special circumstances I would have thought the tickets could be moved to a different date considering they already have our money but no. So we are down 667 pounds and will have to purchase disney tickets again for September.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong.

Bought 3 Omnia Rome passes from the site.
Delivery states within 48 hours.
Passes were not delivered within 48 hours, so I called them. They apologised and sent Rome Explorer passes, which are not the same product and not what we ordered.

On contacting them again, it turns out that they hadn't actually sold the Omnia pass for months -- however, adding the Omnia pass to your cart on the site will check you out with the Explorer pass. In other words, you'll buy one product and receive something completely different. Fun times. Imagine not finding that out until you land in Rome and have to pay for attractions the Omnia allows you access to for free. Imagine selling product you haven't had for months as something else entirely.

They apologised and say they have issued a refund. Will that go wrong as well? Probably.

Edit: Have upped review to three stars as refund was prompt and the product is no longer available to purchase on the site, but it was still a crap experience.

We went to Disneyland Paris, unfortunately at the time, on the day for us to visit Disneyland we all fell ill with vomiting and diarreo. We was so unwell and out of it that we couldn't think about the tickets at that day, we returned back to the UK with my husband going straight to hospital. He ended up staying for 17 days. We emailed to ask if we can change the dates of the tickets as we spent over £500 as we are a family of 6 and due to this unforeseen event we couldn't go. And we got all the medical evidence from hosp and everything. They wouldnt miss out as we are asking to just be able to change the dates and we got a insensitive, unhelpful no we cant do anything. What a horrible attitude and response. Will never buy from this website again.

“Saw this advertised through YouTube a little sceptical at first read the comments some wasn’t very good didn’t want to be scammed or victim of fraud but then I saw good reviews and done some more digging and used there 10% code saved me £30+ and got the tickets the next day absolutely brilliant very very happy I used this site and very happy I come across it I put the Disney land Paris tickets into the official Disney app all the tickets came up all legit I will be a returning customer thank you very much attractiontix

I am currently in New York with no tickets after spending £480. I have sent so many messages and tried to call number but just left on hold. I am so disappointed I will sue this company if this is not sorted urgently

My husband & I paid this company £148 to go to a theme park with our two daughters a week ago & still haven't received our tickets!

Their out of hours customer services is a joke, can't help or do anything at all apart from email the office for week day opening hours!!!

Unprofessional scamming thieving company happy to take your money but not provide what you paid for!

I post this in hope other people won't waste their money and be let down as we have and have to go to their bank to get their money back!!
