Excellent service from Audio Affair
Excellent service from Audio Affair
I purchased a pair of Sennheiser HD 800 S headphones from Audio Affair. We did have a small issue with the order, but what impressed me was how proactive and responsive they were in putting it right.
They dealt with the problem as quickly as they reasonably could, kept things moving, and made a genuine effort to resolve it. In fact, the service was handled so well that it was difficult to remain annoyed about the original issue.
Problems can happen with any company; what matters is how they respond when they do. Audio Affair handled mine extremely well.
Very pleased with the service and I would happily use them again.

Cable is not worth the cost
Cable is not worth the cost. Connectors look poorly manufactured and out of shape. Wish I never accepted this as a replacement for the QED. As a whole the cable looks and feels flimsy.

Brilliant upgrade.
Bought this cable to connect Naim streamer to my Nytech pre-amp. Received phone call to confirm I had ordered correct DIN-RCA connectors. Cable is quite lightweight so no need to worry about support for connections as with heavier cables. Does improve sound quality so pleased with choice. Excellent service from Audio Affair.
