Overall good experience. Representatives were clear and relayed the information effectively. Recommendation:
During the first orientation(s) provided at the end it is mentioned by representative the following are the next steps such as Equity, order placement etc. I would have like a more detailed explanation of that step. Ex. In the Equity step, I would have liked to know that this step is to explain the process and how it works. In addition we could open an account and it could a 2-3 step process. If you choose it can be opened after the orientation. We will need the following information to complete the process etc.
