I love this App - the work outs are really good and the instructors really motivate you.

I have finally found something that motivates me to keep going back to the gym. Well instructed sessions, a good variety of exercises, workout times, skill levels & the instructors are really motivational. Oh and there is good music too! I highly recommend giving Auro a try. I started with the free trial through O2 Priority and am about to sign up to the subscription.

Awesome app. Loads of workouts and the music is great. Although I am an experienced gym “goer”, i find I get a very challenging and satisfying workout using Auro. The trainers are excellent and there is new content on a very regular basis.
Customer service is awesome. They reply promptly in the unlikely event that there are any issues.

It’s a very good app it’s really helping me at this point but images of the stretches would help sometimes find the pictures had to visualize even tho there’s an audio

So refreshing to focus on my workout without worrying about what I have to do. The audio trainers are great, I can play them on top of my favourite DJ mixes and it's so much cheaper than a real-life personal trainer. I'm getting a lot from Auro.

Have had gym instructors before but this meant that I had to fit in with their schedules. Whereas my Gym is 24/7. Therefore Auto is ideal. My instructor is there when I want them

I absolutely love this app! I can do any kind of workout, whenever I like, with a personal trainer talking me through every second. The weekly goal of 3 workouts makes me feel more motivated as it’s an easily achievable goal and if I want to do more, I still can. It’s the only fitness app I’ve liked enough during the trial period to actually purchase. Highly recommend!

Love this app! Easily beats gym classes for me - variety, easy to access when you want it and you work hard! The running programmes are especially good with lots of instruction and very well thought out especially if you use as a lead in to a specific race date. Mix of different types of exercise and class lengths, all the instructions are clear and the bonus is being UK based you don't have to do mph and kmph calculations on the treadmill(!). New content gets added to the app fairly regularly and there's good search filters if you're looking for something specific.

Personally there has only been a few occasions I've needed to contact customer support they have been really friendly and sorted stuff out asap. And whilst I've used a few things like this I have to say I feel it's pretty obvious you're signing up to an auto renew after the trial period.

I only signed onto this app via an O2 offer. I tried to cancel my subscription a couple of times on the the app but couldn't find it. When I did go onto the website (and not the app) I found how to cancel but i was then too late and then was already charged £59.99 for an annual subscription. I am sure I read that it would be a monthly subscription and I would not be tied into a year SCAM SITE, RUBBISH.
Never even used the app once.

Love working out with the app. Very motivating and kept me going in the gym. Would deffo recommend to friends and family. Thanks Auro!

Terrible customer service, stick to the script!

BRILLIANT! I love this app, it's super helpful especially when I don't have time to go the gym, I can just do an Auro home workout quickly and still feel like I've done some intense training. I'm quite advanced with my workouts and have been going to the gym for years but having Auro as well as my gym membership really adds on an extra push and helps me work around my work schedule and a busy packed out gym!

I even love using this app at the gym when I'm not totally motivated and unsure about what to do on that day - the workout routines and training plans are great and I've definitely seen a positive result after using this app for only a month!!

I had a free trial for this app and actually enjoyed the additional support when exercising.
However, I knew I would not be able to afford the full years subscription coming out of my account at once so I cancelled the auto renew 4 days before the payment was due.
Auro conveniently have no record of this and took payment from my account.
The only response I can receive from customer service is: “You didn’t cancel, we cannot refund” even after specifying that I had cancelled and received on screen confirmation. I informed customer service that the money they had taken was there to cover my electric bill and that bill has now defaulted and added extra charges to my account. When I told Auro that the payment had in fact been cancelled so the fault was on their end and that I would be taking the matter further they failed to reply to my correspondence, further showing that they have no desire to help at all!
I cancelled the full years subscription as soon as I found out the money had been taken to avoid any other charges that are lurking and will be taking the matter up with my bank.
Such a shame as this app has the potential to be great, just not when they are taking money from those who cancel subscriptions.

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this app. I signed up to a 7 day free trial and after the trial ended I received emails stating that I could sign up for a further 30 day free trial. I signed up for the further trial as I was unable to use the first trial and with it being a longer period I thought I may have had better opportunity to try it out. When I signed up I did not receive any correspondence or confirmation of when the trial would end. I forgot about the app and again never had a chance to make use of it until I noticed on my bank I had a new pending payment. I contacted customer support and informed them that I did not use it and as the payment had not actually been taken from my account could I please cancel (the subscription apparently started on 20th March-again no emails stating it had begun or was about to or that payment was due to be taken or even my trial was ending).

They have come back and told me I have used the app for 38 days even though my profile clearly states 4 minutes use. And for that reason my request is unreasonable.

They keep sending me photos of a laptop showing it says payment will be taken at the end of the trial period however as I already had a trial and payment was not taken first time round I was under the impression this would be the case again.

Very unprofessional and slow customer support, it seems they hope you don’t notice the dates the trials end in order to catch you short when they have taken the payment and then just refer you back to t&cs.

Will not be using this service or app and am now stuck with a years subscription.

I love this app, with shift work and a young family my fitness is last on the list! With this app I am back in control and back to looking after my physical and mental fitness. Thanks so much to everyone 😘

It's good and it keeps me motivated at the gym although some of the home work outs like the stretches and strengthening ones can be difficult to work out what pose they want you to do without a picture

Due to the app I am working out more days of the week. The classes are motivating and engaging.Only critism I have is that the cross trainer at my gym runs on km/h and doesnt have rpm or strides and the app only gives training in rpm and strides.

It's a small price to pay for very thorough and patient personal training programmes
