Efficient team, friendly people
Austen Lloyd are great. Due to the nature of what I wanted I spoke to three people, including Charlotte and Isabel. They are incredibly efficient and they work really well together as a team, it's quite refreshing to see post Covid. They communicate brilliantly so if you deal with one, you get the benefit of the others. It is the best agency I dealt with during this process, they make it painless.
Isabel placed me at my new role. She is really friendly, very efficient and very good at keeping you in the loop. I could not have asked for more. I would 100% recommend reaching out to her to see what roles she has available, if there's a potential fit she will be quick to help you.

Freya Jones-Griffiths who dealt with my recruitment was supportive, professional but most importantly she listened to what my expectations and the package I wanted.
