A lot of recruiters try to force you to…
A lot of recruiters try to force you to take interviews even though the firm might not be the right culture or fit for you. Austen Lloyd don't do that. I truly feel that Austen Lloyd listen to your requirements and match you with a firm to suit your ambitions and personality. They have an extensive knowledge of the legal sector and have found the right role and firm for me on the last two occasions. I honestly wouldn't use any other recruiter.
