This company government department…Sucks
This company government department whatever is a joke. I applied for a payment as I was in an accident and received burns to 20% of my body. I applied just before the virus outbreak. I actually made a mistake in the account number I wrote down that was in 16 February 2020. They said it would take 2 weeks for the money to return. So I rang them after 3 weeks saying and passing on over the period my correct account details. Nothing I rang again in early April with where is my money they said 5 working days. Nothing I rang 6 working days ago and they said 5 working days. It is now the 5 May and you got it I still have not received my payment. At this point in time I don't know who to go to make an official complaint but I will be. My superannuation fund is with Your Choice Super by the way. My choice to change that one too.

If there was a zero
If there was a zero, I would rate it zero. This company has been harassing me with daily phone calls and won’t stop. They have called 4 times in the past hour. When I call back demanding to be removed from their list, they call even more frequently. It is illegal to harass this way and I will be making a formal complaint.
