Simply a scam. They sold me a product and claimed the following:
"Device thoroughly inspected and tested by a certified technician"

However the product was indeed not in wprking condition as one pf the pins on the electrical board was completely burnt.

They out a "warranty void if broken" seal where you connect the box to the car so that you couldnt even connect or test it without voiding warranty... customer service obviosly doesnt want to accept a refund.

Consegna celere, pezzo corrispondente alla descrizione. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a montarlo per cause da chiarire ma il team è stato super disponibile sia via mail sia per telefono (in inglese) per aiutarci.

Achat d’un calculateur soi-disant immo off et plug&play. Le calculateur ne fonctionne pas. Lorsque je contacte le vendeur pour lui dire, la réponse est lunaire:
- le calculateur doit être renvoyé dans les 14 jours à partir de la date de livraison.
- le calculateur ne doit pas avoir été installé -> je fais comment pour le tester?
- Le scellé de garantie ne doit pas avoir été rompu. -> le scellé se trouvait sur la prise de connexion, obligé de le rompre pour brancher le calculateur.
- le vendeur exige qu’on lui retourne les codes défauts lus à la valise. -> on fait comment vu que le calculateur ne fonctionne pas et ne communique donc pas avec une valise?!?

Bref, litige Paypal ouvert…

Achat d'un calculateur prêt a être installé 350 €. Démarrage très difficile et gros nuage de fumée. Essai avec l'ancien OK ( j'ai une panne OBD ). Contact avec le vendeur, il me dit que c'est mon moteur Etc, j'ai beau lui dire que le moteur est OK il n'en démord pas, ensuite c'est de ma faute ( j'étais prof de mécanique auto). Je lui fait remarquer qu'il n'y avait que trois connecteurs a brancher. J'envoie des vidéos; il admets qu'il faut reprogrammer le calculateur, soit je lui envoie ou je le fais en France, un spécialiste Français très compétent le fait ( 150 € ) il me signale qu'il a fait l'étanchéité du calculateur qui n'existait pas (bravo le vendeur ). Remise en route et là tout est OK, plusieurs essais sont concluants. Je prends la route et après 0,5Km :panne totale, tout est allumé, impossible de redémarrer. Repose de l'ancien ECU et tout est OK. Coût total 540 €. Refus de garantie en raison que tout est parfait chez eux. J'ai tout de suite vu qu'il est très préparé avec un standard de réponses qui tourne en rond( jusqu'à mon incompétence )45 Mails échangés. J'ai simplifié ,sinon ce serait un roman. Futur clients allez voir ailleurs.

Bonjour ,il y a qu'un mot à dire sans autres commentaires, Monsieur Paweł Koch de cette société ces des escrocs, surtout pas à envoyer de l'argent ou quoi que ce soit cela fait depuis un mois que j'ai envoyé 10 mail j'ai annulé 2 jours après ma commande dans le temps de rétractation des 14 jours jamais aucune réponse pour l'achat du boîtier électronique,j'ai perdu 380 euros , mais je compte pas en rester là je vais porter plainte pour escroquerie j'espère que ça servira à empêcher à d'autres personnes de se faire escroquer , je trouve honteux que encore cette société soit ouvert et qu'on laisse faire ce genre de choses, mais je vais lui dire à ce cher Monsieur à ce cher escroc que tout se paye dans la vie ici ou ailleurs

I bought a abs module for a vauxhall cavalier thought they'd send a secondhand unit from a scrap car it was fully reconditioned,works 100%

avant l achat je les contactent ils me donne un prix pour un calculateur vierge et un autre pour un plug&play
je paye donc le plug&play et quand je le reçois le calculo il est vierge
donc pas plug&play je les contactent et il me dit qu il y a la procedure de programmation sur l etiquette
voila j ai payer pour rien et il ne veux rien savoir

Compré un módulo de ABS para discovery TD5 y en cuanto lo instalé empezó a hacer un ruido muy extraño y con el motor parado seguía sonando. Lo envié a que lo comprobaran y me dijeron que estaba perfectamente cuando obviamente no está bien haciendo tal ruido que hacía. Y a la hora de una devolución decían que no iba a haber porque una vez se usa en un automóvil pierde devolución. En fin un vergüenza de web y una estafa.

I recently needed a throttle body for my audi, a rare part to aquire but auto24parts in poland had one and being nervous after reading your reviews l sent an email to them about the part on a sunday and recieved a reply within an hour, l took a chance (l had no option) ordered the part, it was fast dispatched with tracking. I recieved the item by 16.00 on tuesday, l can't get things that quick from london to kent let alone poland, the was tested with a 6month warranty a works well. Thank you auto24 parts.

Bought an ABS module 700 euros worked for two months approximately 60 km and it failed!
I contacted them first they responded and after I explained and showed the error codes they ghosted me.
Scammers untrustworthy people!

ATTENTION, cette société semble jouer sur la ressemblance de son nom avec AUTOPARTS24, qui est une société tout à fait sérieuse et compétente.

N'achetez jamais directement chez AUTO24PARTS Pologne, à Katowice.

Le vendeur a conservé ET l'argent ET la marchandise. On a donc été carrément floués.

Une commande avait été faite en août 2024; l'article (un calculateur électronique) n'avait pu être traité qu'en octobre. Notre garage nous a fait une attestation écrite démontrant qu'il était inutilisable.

L'agent d'Auto24parts l' a reconnu dans un premier temps, mais est revenu sur sa décision, pretextant une erreur de traduction. Bien qu'il ait évoqué le dépassement du délai de rétractation de 14 jours, il a aussi laissé entrevoir une possibilité de remboursement, mais non de la totalité.

En toute confiance, nous avons retourné l'article à nos frais. C'est alors que cet agent revient (une fois de plus) sur sa décision et ne veut plus rien rembourser, prétextant les 14 jours de rétractation.

Est-ce là la politique de AUTO24PARTS vis à vis de la clientèle ? Faire payer entièrement au client d'eventuels désaccords entre garagistes ?

Nous avons l'impression d'avoir été escroqué de 400 € environ...

I had ordered a used ECU for mercedesw211.
When opening the cover , it had water damage beyond in it . I don't think they check their parts before shipping at all, and looking at the reviews I think this is a scam . 280euros gone !

Placed an order for ecu clone was given no information specifying any details just an adress to send it to, sent parcel to the address heard nothing back for 2 weeks, when I asked if they had received told me it had been held at customs and didn't bother to let us know till I asked, then blamed me for no sending it a certain way and just argued back and forth when told they never specified to send it a certain way...terrible customer service, looking at previous reviews just looks like a scam company, luckily paid through PayPal so should be able to get refund but god only knows where my ecu now is as having no luck with customs either, terrible terrible company

I ordered an ECU for my microcar for €642 and they never shipped anything. Do not respond to emails.
In other words, they are just scammers!

If you ask me if i recommend them, i would say YES! Shipping out my item was like next day after my online purchase, arrived me was within few days which was really unexpected. Price was resonable.

a disaster. They sent me a broken piston, they didn't want to send me another one. more than 20 emails to make a refund. I'm still waiting for an answer. do not buy at auto24parts !!
