Zero customer care only interested in getting insurance excess payment
I had the misfortune of getting a cracked windscreen yesterday, I have windscreen cover so my insurance company AXA sent the details to Autoglass and told me I would get a call within 3hrs. I did get a prompt call but all the advise did was demand payment of my 25€ excess. Having made payment yesterday I have heard nothing. I have no idea when the screen will be repaired, this is disgusting customer service.

Augoglass Longford replaced my front windscreen yesterday at 7am. I was extremely pleased with the service. Just took an hour. Everything was put back on the new windscreen exactly as they were on the old one e.g service sticker, sat nav holder and a new disc holder left on the passenger seat. Staff were pleasant. Would highly recommend.

The booking system was good which is why I'm not leaving one star.
I booked Autoglass to replace a smashed rear windscreen on my elderly parents car.
They left glass everywhere leaving the back of the car and the boot unusable.
I complained,asking them to finish the job and included photos of the many tiny shards of glass, and just got the response that they do their best to clean up the glass as a "courtesy".
Buyer beware.

Waited over 1 hour and 50 minutes on the phone last night for someone to confirm a price they quoted.
That wait time is a joke.
I would write more but I'm still waiting on the phone.
Finally got a call back this morning regarding the quote but had to request a call back.
Don't wait over 2 hours on the phone like I did , request a call back by pressing 1

Easy booking system

Windscreen replaced took about 2 hours. So near the Square Tallaght so easy to go shop or grab a coffee.

This company is a joke. We are waiting for someone get back to us to schedule an appointment now for 3 weeks. When followed up we are told everytime someone will call back straight away and they never do

I had an appointment for 1pm for a windscreen replacement due to a large crack in it. I arrived at exactly 1 pm to be told that there is 2 cars ahead of me for the technician and it will be 5pm before my car will be ready. I then proceeded to be told it is a first come service, so after all that I am not sure what sort of buisness they are running. I would look at you insurance and choose an alternative company

I recently contacted Autoglass because I have a stone chip on my windscreen,the website says "we will updateallways try to repair a windscreen before we replac it" but when I booked my car into Autoglass in Castlebar, co mayo, they told me, "that we only replace the windscreen because it doesn't pay us to repair them so who Is miss leading the customer?update, a very nice man from autoglass called Kevin has resolved my problem, and my windscreen will be replaced after I took his very professional advice, I have given him 5 star's, well done Kevin, u are the top man.

Very disappointing experience.
I booked a windscreen replacement with Autoglass in December 2025, and over the course of almost a month my appointment was repeatedly rescheduled. I was given a variety of reasons including being too busy, system errors where my booking supposedly didn’t exist, and last-minute cancellations on the day of the appointment.
On one occasion no technician arrived at all. On another, I was informed shortly before 9am that no technician was available. The next available date offered was almost four weeks after the original booking, which is completely unacceptable for a straightforward windscreen replacement.
Communication was poor, scheduling was unreliable, and I had no confidence that the appointment would ever take place. I eventually cancelled the claim and moved to another provider, who handled everything quickly and professionally.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Autoglass.

Had two technicians come out to replace…
Had two technicians from Longford come out to replace my windscreen only to find that my headliner was falling down which it wasn’t before although they said it was. I asked for a before photo to prove it but was never given one and was told to ‘fix it myself’ I am disgusted with this behaviour.
