I’ve had my AVA since May 2020 and when the app works it’s a fantastic product.
However I’ve experienced at least 4 app crashes in my time as a user, have had several wrist bands break and a battery /charging issue and replacement under warrantee.

Customer service is either brilliant or totally non existent.
Only way to contact is via email or through their website to send a message.
No phone numbers or chat services available.
I’ve not been able to get responses other than automated replies from anyone since 10th February 2026 due to the data not syncing- as other users are saying too.
Unable to use device without the data syncing to view.
Currently a useless expensive device I can no longer use.

AVA you need to contact your customers and not leave them high and dry with no options!!
Extremely unhappy.

I have even contacted the store where I originally purchased from to see if they have contact information as a supplier for help.
Hoping for some support.

Uhr am Arm ist super. Armband geht aber schnell kaputt. Habe ersatz bestellt. Viel bessere qualität!
Die Lösung mit der Uhr ist viel angenehner als der Zyklusring. = gleiche auswertung über Nacht.

Leider funktioniert die app seit 10.02.2026 nicht mehr! Uhr wird nicht mehr synchronisiert.

The watch and app is great when it works. However, the app goes down quite often and there is no help or advice from support. Last time app was down was on 10th Feb 2026. It was only down for a day, but ever since then my watch will not sync and upload my data. The watch goes through all the steps of syncing but the data just does not upload to the app. Can contacted support, once again just received automated messages. Absolutely useless.

I love the app, when it actually works! It has been great with all the data that it records each night, over the years, and helping to show fertile days. But the app has not been uploading my new nightly data since 10 Feb 2026 and no idea how to get it working again to show my nightly data. Have tried to contact Ava but just get automated responses and no help to resolve the fact it won’t show my new data and bracelet still thinks it’s needs to sync. Not able to update app as no option. Please help AVA

App has stopped syncing since the 10th. No response from customer service. App otherwise seems to be functioning but syncing data is unavailable so wearing the bracelet is pointless. Hope it’s a temporary glitch but no response from customer service is disappointing. Previously I would have highly recommended the product. When it works, it’s fantastic and does everything you could want.

Grundsätzlich coole Idee aber Plastikband geht schnell kaputt (habe bei Etsy Ersatz bestellt).
App geht im Moment bei mir nicht und Support gibt keine Rückmeldung.

Después de 5 meses de uso, la aplicación sigue sin acertar el día de la ovulacion. Me marca que es 4 días antes ! (Todos los meses). Creo que realmente no hace la función que nos venden en la publicidad: no predice los días de ovulación y mucho menos los de la menstruación. Solo sabes si has ovulado, cuando ya ha pasado y la temperatura sube.
La aplicación a veces no funciona y no puedes volcar los datos. O se sincroniza y no se reflejan los datos... En fin, un auténtico desastre.

Das Avaarmband ist grundsätzlich gut und macht, was es soll (Zyklus tracken). Allerdings ist bei mir bereits nach weniger als einem Jahr Gebrauch das Plastikarmband abgebrochen und ich kann es nicht mehr gebrauchen, da der Kundenservice eine richtige Katastrophe ist. Bislang hat sich seit mehreren Wochen niemand bei mir gemeldet, obwohl ich diesbezüglich eine Beschwerde eingereicht habe.

Rechnung und Messing super. 2 Kinder gezeugt und spätestens im 3. Zyklus schwanger gewesen.
Nachteil: das Armband ist sofort brüchig geworden. Musste mir beim zweiten Mal eins aus dem Zubehör bestellen, um die Uhr nutzen zu können. Gummi ist nämlich an jeder Stelle gebrochen.

I’ve used Ava since trying to get pregnant in 2019. It has successfully predicted my fertile days for each of my last 5 pregnancies from then until now in 2025 (not including the pregnancies that ended in miscarriage, which it also predicted those fertile days for as well).
This is a fertility device that truly works.

Even my provider felt AVA was consistently more accurate than another, popular app (PM). I definitely recommend the product and the app. The only consistent issue I have encountered is when I try to update the application and when my phone screen times out when syncing, I shouldn’t need my phone backlight on for the device and app to sync data.

Works well have used it to get pregnant and was fantastic for tracking cycles as well as super informative while I was pregnant as to what was happening with the baby.

The clasp on the band broke, and I reached out to customer service multiple times and never heard back. Other than that I have appreciated Ava’s accuracy and ease of use.

I have used Ava for over 8 years now and while I struggle with recurring miscarriages and have suffered over 21.. Ava has always been a great way to track my cycle and ovulation each month!

The Ava bracelet was so easy to use. It made trying to get pregnant so much easier and took much of the thinking and mental game out of it. It is worth the money!

UPDATE

Unfortunately, I have to change my star rating from five to two. The reason being is that the actual fertility tracker has stopped working after 13 months. Prior to this the flimsy silicone band was ripped. Ava continue to say I'm past the 12 month warranty, but since the product is no longer working after such a short space of time, they should at least provide a replacement. I've raised a Section 75 with my Credit Card company.

Another thing I've noticed is that the customer service becomes non-existent when you mention chargebacks, section 75, refunds, replacements. Sure, they sent me instructions on trying to get the device working again, but none of their steps work.

Pretty poor silicone bands, and they are priced $39 on their website, but stuff is never in stock. Very strange.
This is an excellent excellent product, but the website is not use friendly. Never any ava bracelets in stock, and neither the replacement silicone bands.

I have successfully gotten pregnant wearing this at age 44 after six months of trying most months, but sadly the baby stopped growing. I do believe I am pregnant again as six days past period, but no confirmed pregnancy yet. I am usually very regular, every 28 days. It's accuracy on ovulation is unlike anything that exists.

Please update your stock and update your replacement silicone straps. We are war with the child haters and feminists who favour depopulation, and products like this, together with excellent nutrition (WAFP pregnancy and nursing diet) will go a long way to helping women conceive, whatever their age.

Ava didn’t accurately predict my ovulation at all. I was primarily using the Mira Monitor which indicated I ovulated on CD17 but the Ava had my ovulation much later - 5 days after Mira had predicted. If I was going based off of Ava I would have almost completely missed my fertile window. I used the Ava mostly to track BBT. I wish that this device was smarter and it feels like it’s outdated as there aren’t any recent articles being published and the App seems outdated and glitchy. The one thing I love is it is nice to just wear it overnight the not have to take a manual BBT when waking in the morning.

Hopefully Ava can improve especially with how expensive it is!

The bracelet straps are made out of silicon, it became brittle and snapped after one year. I cannot wear the watch anymore, reached to to the customer service twice but zero responses from them.

Update: still not replies from the company ONE YEAR later!

The bracelet and the technology are great. I have gotten pregnant four times using the Ava bracelet. Unfortunately not all of those pregnancies have been viable, but I have gotten pregnant, which is the goal of the bracelet. What I dislike is the fact that the app and server go out every so often and Ava does not send its customers an update regarding the outage. There's no communication, which leaves people worried and unsure of how or when they will be able to access their information again or track new information. It completely disrupts the process. That alone has made me want to switch to a more reliable option.

Funktioniert ganz gut super ist auch die weckerfunktion nur leider ist in der letzten Zeit öfter der Server nicht erreichbar und somit dann auch nicht die bisherigen Daten und die aktuellen kann man auch nicht ansehen. Das kann sehr unpassend sein!!!
