Averbach Transcription has always produced on time, accurate, professional transcriptions. Have worked with them for a few years and would not consider any other service. Highly recommended

The work is fine, but the pricing is nowhere near competitive.

I really like this company. The turn around time is pretty fast and their customer service is great. The pricing is pretty reasonable as well. I would totally recommend this company to every who needs transcribing.

I'm pretty happy with Averbach. They get transcripts to me on time and at a decent rate. They also leave out the ums and ahs, getting me just the good stuff. One star off because sometimes I get transcripts back with a lot of "unintelligible" marks, but when I go back to listen to the recording I can make out the words. Am I just smarter than them? I doubt it.

I've used a handful of transcription services and have nothing bad to say about Averbach. They might be slightly more expensive than some of their competitors, but it's worth it for the quality of the work, quick turnarounds, and very responsive customer support.

I should mention that I've only used them one time -- for an interview that came back ready for publication -- but, should the need arise, I will likely use them again.
