Everything is perfect

Impressed by how fresh the food was (esp napolitanke and Bajadera, which can be stale and chalky, respectively, if they're not fresh).

My package arrived damaged, with 3 of the jars in the order broken. I reached out that evening, as soon as the package was delivered. I didn’t necessarily expect an answer right then, but I received one immediately. The person was very apologetic and told me they would reimburse me for the broken products. Such great service! I was impressed. The product is delicious and prices very well. Will order from them again soon.

Placed an order online yesterday and received my order today. The shipping cost was very low. They sent an email with the tracking # yesterday showing the delivery date. The package arrived in a sturdy box with a lot of packaging to protect my order. No dented cans. Great Service! I also received an email from the company notifying me that the package had been delivered. I will certainly be purchasing from Balkanfresh again. The website was user friendly and there were two payment options, credit card or PayPal.

I ordered 3 jars of Vava Ajvar from Balkan Fresh. Found it in a store once, loved it, but I was unable to find it again. Looked online and found it on Balkan Fresh. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I will be ordering again in the future.
