Tree arrived damaged. Inferior packaging. Unfortunately the staples underneath were exposed and ripped my hand open when I attempted to pick up the box. Called them to arrange for refund since I don't want to pay that much money for a damaged product and they can't seem to locate the order. Clearly not on the up and up.

Plot thickens. I get emails indicating the ornaments have shipped but when you login you find they still haven't fulfilled the order. Seems this company is hell bent on destroying Christmas for folks and just take their money. I don't know. I guess all the "hallmark" moments with these products we see on the TV are just that - fantasy.

We have ordered a tree for 899 € at November 26th, Balsam Hill told us that it was sent 3 days later, but it wasn't.
After request they told us that its sold out and I need to order another one. I was not happy but I did at December 7th. At December 9th they told us that the tree was sent from Holland.
Now its December 22nd, its almost christmas and the tracking number still says that DPD has not received the parcel from Balsam Hill, they didn't reply on 6 emails, that's fraud and we go to police now.
We wanted to celebrate the advent season with the tree and we trusted the information that the tree is on stock and that its sent out. Our kids are really sad.
Really bad company, don't pay money to them!
