Well.. where do we begin, can honestly say what an absolute pleasure this company is. From the very first initial messages with Claire, the first meeting with Frankie, all the planning and then getting the build started, to Paddy completing the work (what a dedicated perfectionist) - everything has been seamless and amazing to watch it come together. Now we are left with a space we can’t wait to use for many years creating happy memories.

The Baltic Bespoke team have been a delight from start to finish and are a wonderful bunch of people, who deserve every success, we could not recommend their high quality standard of workmanship enough.

Fantastic work by Frankie and his team at Baltic Bespoke. Our garden room looks as fabulous as it did when it was built 3 years ago.

We are made up with our Garden Room from the guys at Baltic! Love how it looks like it was always meant to be there. We will get so much use out of it over the coming years -parties, sleepovers, games room, bar, the possibilities are endless! What a professional company. They managed everything from beginning to end. They really are a ‘bespoke’ company- you can develop and amend the plan as many times as you like before the build starts. Our garden was quite awkward to work in, but this didn’t phase Frankie, Steve and team. The teams of staff are extremely good at what they do, and Frankie and Steve are always checking in to see what we think. We needed some garden landscaping doing before the build, and they led us to a great company who completed this before Baltic Bespoke built our room. We use our new room multiple times a day- it has enhanced our lives a lot. Highly recommend Baltic Bespoke-

We are absolutely thrilled with our summer room, from planning to the final day clean has been seamless. Every trades person that came to complete their role in our room did so with skill, knowledge and professionalism. We chose Baltic Bespoke for our garden room after researching other companies and reading the fantastic reviews and comments. The process from start to finish was great, from the initial planning meetings and designs with Steve & Frankie, the team completing the works and Rachel coming over to see the project finished, it was all excellent. The room has been a great addition to our home and we couldn’t live without now! It’s given us a quiet place to work, somewhere for friends and family to stay over and a lovely room to sit and enjoy the garden or watch TV. We wish we had done it sooner!

Deal with Fran on a weekly basis, customer service is always spot on, i deal with some of his team as well if fran (frankie) is busy, lovely team, would highly recommend nothing is ever to much for them!

Best decision ever! I absolutely love, love, love my 3.5m x 3m garden room, which I use as a half office, half gym.

The finish exceeded my expectations, it looks so smart in my garden and genuinely feels like I've had a full on extension built.

All of the lads were excellent, friendly too, and Frankie kept me up to date at every stage of what was happening when/next - nothing was too much trouble.

Everyone who has come to my house since is wowed by it and I've already passed Baltic Bespoke's details on to loads of people.

We are over the moon with it. I would 200% recommend Baltic bespoke to anyone, the customer service was brilliant Frankie was in contact throughout to let us know what stage we were at and which workmen were going to attend next. Nothing was too much trouble; we changed our mind along the way and made some amendments and added additional things in. The whole team are very professional and do a great job. We have had our first party and everybody commented on the workmanship and detail that has gone into it from the design stage drawing to the end result.

We have been looking at Baltic Bespoke work on Instagram for 6-12 months but the videos and pictures don’t do their room justice- they exceed all expectations 🙌🏼😁

We are so happy we chose Baltic bespoke and can’t wait to have them back to create an outside toilet to match the garden room/ bar they have recently completed!

The best decision we ever made, and the best company to do it with! Wow, Baltic Bespoke literally blew our minds, they were so professional, respectful and hardworking from day 1. The whole team were amazing and the speed that they work is second to none! Connor, Brendan, Lewis and Vinny were absolutely amazing in building the structure. They were so polite and so respectful, I actually missed them when they left ! Davey and Colin were a brilliant duo, Colin was amazing and our decking is absolutely perfect. Bobby the plasterer was amazing, so self sufficient! Paddy was brilliant, great to talk to! Baltic bespoke have just completed a garden room/bar in our garden and it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Whole job from ground work was completed with Great communication from the team and nothing was too much for them, they didn't even want drinks making 😂 just came in and did an amazing job. Communication has been great, Frankie and all his team work so hard to give the highest quality finish! Nothing was ever to much effort when we kept asking questions. I can’t recommend Baltic Bespoke enough if your looking for something like this! Everything was organised from demolition to all the finishing touches and extra decking when we finally made our mind up! Highly recommended Frankie and his team! :)

Frankie and the team have recently built us a garden room as a bar/ lounge area. Frankie came to visit us in December and the room is completely built by the end of March! They have a brilliant product and the build is managed very efficiently from start to finish - project was complete in less than 4 weeks. I was a little nervous beforehand as had only seen photos and reviews on instagram etc but I really didn’t need to be. The whole team were fabulous, polite with a good work ethic.
Communication with Frankie was fantastic throughout from the design phase and several revisions to the actual construction and discussions as the build went along.
We now have a stunning garden room and are so pleased with it. I can highly recommend Baltic bespoke if you’re looking for a company to build this kind of thing.

We are now the proud owners of a gorgeous garden room thanks to Frankie and his team. From our initial enquiry through to the final finishing touches, communication with Frankie was excellent. He is approachable, helpful and swift to respond. We found him a pleasure to deal with. He has surrounded himself with a team of competent tradesmen who work really well together. They’re all such nice fellas who know exactly what they need to do. I was amazed by how quickly things came together once the job started. This has been the most stress free home improvement we have ever had done. We are so happy with the end result and can’t wait to start using our new garden room.
