Made a purchase that never arrived i have paid for thin air

I have ordered the stuff I wanted on weekday before midday, arrived safely the following day. Please ensure you do that otherwise expect delay, as we all know it can be crucial. All in all, I was satisfied. One more thing, to avoid disappointment, please pick up the phone and call to make sure the stock is still available. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I placed an order with delivery and waited six working days with no update. After several emails and calls, I finally received a tracking number, only to see that the parcel had already been returned to the shop due to an incorrect delivery address.

The address used was not the one I provided when placing the order. I was refunded for the items but not the £6 delivery cost, even though the mistake appears to have been on their side. I contacted them about this but never received a response.

Very poor communication and not handled fairly. Would not recommend.

Have been ordering from this company for 4 years and always a pleasure to deal with and receive great European food which is very difficult to obtain elsewhere in the U.K.
Great postal service, fast, well packed and at very reasonable cost.

My order was dispatched within a few days and I received everything I ordered

Arrived quickly and was very well-packed. However, I was disappointed to find it was not fresh, with the expiration date only around one week away.

Found this joy of a company online, whilst looking for an alternative to Mignon Morceaux. Remember them? I did check with Trustpilot that the company were real, as I do with all online companies that I have not used before. I placed my order on Wednesday late morning, received my confirmation email straight away and I received my order Friday. No fuss. No hassle. No mailing list requests. No hassle emails asking you to sign up for this, that and the other. No emails asking you to review your order. This I absolutely love. As I, like most who online shop, am constantly being asked to review every purchase. So I just wanted to leave this review of my own volition. Great experience. I'll definitely be using them again.

I am a foodie after unusual ingredients and found this small Lithuanian company online. All emails were answered quickly, pleasantly and clearly. 2 of the items I wanted were frozen berries. I had a biggish order and the packer hadn;t quite got it right. One of the berry packs had defrosted and dripped but all other contents could be salvaged. The shop person wanted to refund me in full, but I refused that because it was 1 mistake for a very difficult package. I said they could send me some more cheese, and they said fine. Today I got a surprise parcel of both types of frozen berry plus a box of oreshki biscuits, which are a real treat. The packaging had really been done well this time and the berries were still whole. It has been nice emailing this courteous and conscientious company. They are a joy to deal with.
