A very Rubish policy about bank statement never share without passwords although we requested by ourselves and when they give hardcopy after scanning it's made a very big sizes which not acceptable by some Visas portal please do not waste your time and money at this rubbish service

Hello everyone, I hope everyone will fine, first of all ya bank apny customer ko ch...iya samjti hai, ya k branch manager jab tak Haram na karhy un ko sakoon nhi ata, ma experience ma ek bakiya discuss karta hn, jo kuch din pahly hi howa hai, many ek cheque company ko diya 25 August ko ab wo cheque cross cheque tha yani clearing ma jany wala account to account transfer, ab 25 August ka cheque diya or 26 August ko holiday tha to 27 August ko clear hona tha, ma subh 9:30 bje amount deposit karwa aya, bank ny kiya kiya meri deposit wali amount to ly li branch ny per mery account ma deposit nhi kiya 10:50 per un logo ny cheque return kiya or 11:15 per account ma deposit kar diya, mazy ki bat to ab hai k branch ny jis company ki taraf sy cheque aya tha us ko reason bataya k cheque per sign default hai sign sahi nhi hai, or mery account sy paisy less kar k bola ap k account ma paisy nhi hai, jab ma branch kiya jis ma deposit karwaya to wo boli k ap ka cheque different signature ki wala sy return howa jab many poucha bhai paisy q less kiya to bola ap account wali branch per jaho jab us sy bat ki to wo batmizi karny laga or apni galti ban nhi raha, ya samj ty hai un k customer pagal hai ch...iya hai jo subh jaaldi aha kar deposit bhi karwahy or cheque return bhi karwahy

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT BANK AL HABIB!

This is the worst ever banking service in the world.
My mobile phone app is locked without a reason. Requested several times and provided all required documents. Still not resolved.
BAHL Gulshan Ravi Lahore branch staff don't know the procedure.
They are no responding or communicating.
Their branch manager is worthless.

I'll never recommend someone to open an account in this bank but only if You want to be frustrated.

I have no access to my money for a month now.

This happens when you hire people who are incompetent.

Broken online banking. Account is no longer accessible via internet browser. They have limited access only to mobile app, which inexplicably requires a "cooling period" every other day that can last anywhere from 2 to 12 hours. The most customer unfriendly and overall audacious banking experience possible.

BAHL Samundri branch staff if lost they don't know procedure and every single desk has different information related to the same issue.

My id has expired and i want to update new one. Its a simple task but i am struggling for more than a week, now they said visit same branch where you have account but its far away.

Absolutely pathetic service by Bank AL Habib.

I visited Pakistan in February 2026 and wanted to open a current account, so I visited the bank and provided all the documents they requested.

Meanwhile, I returned overseas and after almost 2.5 months I contacted one of the branch staff members on WhatsApp, as he was handling my account application. He then told me they did not have my overseas tax file number. I was honestly surprised because this could have been communicated much earlier instead of waiting months.

After that, there was complete silence again for another month. I followed up once more, and this time I was told they needed a better quality scan of my passport.

Again, I was left wondering why nobody reached out and asked for it earlier instead of making me chase updates repeatedly.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and service I experienced. The delays, lack of follow-up, and poor coordination made the entire process very frustrating.

Not recommended based on my experience.

aap to bekaar hai hi or karachi mein shabbirabad branch jao to cashier kehtay hai aap apni branch mein jaya karein hamare pass na Cheque cash Karwane nahi Aya karein cashier name Shakeel Abbas or Jo transfer pe bethay hain raza Sahab woh bhi yahi kehte hain.

On Saturday, I visited Samnabad branche tk submit a cheque. Mostly branches open on Saturdays. However, the concerned officer refused to accept the cheque and said that such matters are only deal with on working days (Monday to Friday).
If cheque submission is not facilitated on Saturdays, then what is the purpose of keeping the bank open? This creates inconvenience for customers. Kindly clarify the bank’s Saturday policy and ensure proper customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with Bank AL Habib. My funds have been held without clear justification, and no one is giving me a straight answer. Customer service keeps giving vague responses and passing me from one department to another. This is my hard-earned money, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expected professionalism, but instead I received stress and frustration. Very poor banking experience.

MA Jinnah road branch. Absolutely horrible branch with slow service. I went to get a fee voucher submitted (I have been submitting at other branches their service is good) in this branch they made me wait for 20 minutes to submit my voucher. I was the only person on the female side. The woman taking voucher /bills kept tending to male side AFTER taking my voucher and money while I kept requesting that my 6 year old daughter is outside alone in the car. They still made me wait. When I requested to have it back it was then that they finally processed and gave it to me. Please avoid this branch.

It is now over week, and multiple trips to the bank and despite help from Branch staff, the mobile app is not working. It goes into a loop asking for repeated biometrics and robocalls and even when it works and one goes back to login the same biometric/ robocall is required. A friend told me 'because you are with the wrong bank' implying I should move to another bank - I might just do that.

A very shit service I send money to my brother on 31st of December. The bank al habib limited received my payment but still didn't credit in my brothers account because of bank holiday. He needs money to pay people who's he borrow money from during this he call to the bank al habib limited so many time and each time they are saying wait wait we can't do anything you just wait.... Monday my brother call the bank al habib limited and they said don't worry in 48 hours i will must solve your problem after 48 hours he check but still bank al habib limited didn't credit to his account and now he call again they says it will takes 7 working days more... Very shit service i requested to the manager to make your service better... If he doesn't take any action my personal opinion don't open account in bank al habib limited thank you....

I have never experienced a banking mobile application this slow and pathetic. It keeps on glitching every time. Please learn something from Meezan bank.

I have been a customer of Al Habib Bank for years, but my recent experience has been an absolute nightmare. For the past FOUR WEEKS, my debit card has been blocked for no valid reason, and despite multiple calls to the branch, calls to customer support, and endless excuses, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

This bank has ZERO urgency when it comes to fixing critical issues. The staff is lazy, incompetent, and completely indifferent—something as simple as unblocking a card (which takes 2 minutes in any normal bank) has been dragged out for a month with no solution. Meanwhile, they BOMBARD me with useless promotional messages, emails, and spam about loans and credit cards, but conveniently fail to notify customers about actual account issues.

Customer support is a JOKE—every time I call, I get a different excuse, transferred endlessly, or told to "wait a few more days." No accountability, no escalation, just pure negligence.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK. There are far better banks that actually respect their customers. Al Habib Bank doesn’t deserve a single rupee of anyone’s business.
