Mineral Foundation
I placed an order for two products both mineral foundation. One was the wrong shade for my skin (based on my own colour choice). Customer service was excellent with a speedy response and the correct shade identified and sent,all within a few days. The products are great and do not irritate my sensitive skin. Absolutely would recommend.

Great products & customer service
I have loved the face powder foundations from this company for years. Recently, I wanted to purchase a refill for my foundation pot (I love the sustainability too!). They have a standard fee for orders below £30 that presumes a solid parcel of cosmetics.
I emailed to ask about a reduced P&P as the refill only required an envelope. Instead, they gave me free P&P.
Great ethics, great products, and now I know it's great service too.
