Products are without a doubt exceptional. I can only speak for the press foundation, which was recommended to me by a friend. It is a creamy texture, but light on the skin. Got the brush to complement it. Love the brush! The 'find my shade' color matcher tool works wonders to find your shade. Arrived on time (international postage), but the AI virtual assist was not helpful, it took me a while to get directed to an actual person. Once directed it was much easier to find out my shipping details and timeframe. Marking one less star just because their virtual assistant was not helpful and once my order was placed it informed me that my shade my not be right... which of course caused me some panic and they don't do international returns and the AI assistant told me they did. In the end though all was sorted and the shade was perfect, even to the extent the customer service agent 'Michelle' offered to find a solution in case the shade was wrong, and she was really responsive and helpful. Will be ordering from bareMinerals again, just not chatting with the AI chat box.

Lots of different shades for my skin tone so I can adapt for summer and winter.

Never had an issue.

Had i known that Bare Minerals stupidly use Evri i would never had ordered from them. Driver could not be bothered to deliver on the Thursday or even the Friday but deliberately chose Saturday when he knew our office (a firm of Solicitors) was closed. Then to top it off delivered to a nearby shop (which i had NOT asked for.
Bare Minerals has lost another customer.

I wish there was provision for a zero star rating
That would have been my honest rating of the ageless face cream
It gave me horrible reaction ,itchy facial rashes that were similar to ring worm rashes ,Redness and irritation
I contacted bare minerals customer support and they said they couldn’t help because I purchased it from marks and Spencer a third party retailer
Customer satisfaction and safely should come first before profit is considered …

Lovely products. Especially skin longevity. It's smooth, my face feels nourished and it has a beautiful scent. It's my absolutely favourite face cream.
Easy to order and delivered in the time I was given.

It WOULD BE NICE IF I COULD Open THE LIGHTMINERAL VEIL! It has a plastic thing you pull up on and its to hard!!! Got pliers??

Terrible, clumpy Strength and Length mascara, a total waste of money and the worst mascara I've used in 30 years. Complained to their customer service team and they didn't want to know, if you don't buy the product direct from them, then it's not their problem, despite the fact that they're the manufacturer! No empathy or concern for my issue, just fobbed off. Customer service is as bad as their products. Would not buy any Bareminerals products again after this experience.

This is a SCAM SITE. I ORDERED 236 POUNDS OF GOODS. 9 DAYS LATER MY ORDER WASN'T EVEN ACTIONED. I REQUESTED A REFUND, THEY REFUNDED 200 POUNDS! IVE REPORTED BARE MINERALS UK WHO DON'T OPERATE IN THE UK, TO UK TRADING STANDARDS.

It is the speed and the no quibble attitude of the customer service staff. A parcel was thought to have been lost by the delivery company EVRI, I contacted Bare Minerals, who immediately offered to refund then costs or dispatch a replacement. I chose the replacement. Within a few days, I had the original order and its replacement. I chose to pay for the additional delivery, as their products are excellent and I will use it eventually also I had an excellent discount on my purchases.

Turned my beautiful complexion into white head acne in just 2 uses. I’m obviously allergic but found that many people are looking online, this is a horrific product- never in my life have I ever experienced such a horrendous skin reaction.

Please “test it” on a small section of your skin for a few days before full use.

My Face is on fire and in my late 40s I have the skin of a teenager to cope with just before Xmas - aghhh so angry.

I’ve never reacted to any other brand of makeup up and would not generally call my skin sensitive.

The skin care products are excellent for those with allergies. In addition, the customer service, when a delivery was late, was first class.

I’ve been using Bare Minerals for for over 20 years, recently I contacted them with an issue I had, they dealt with it promptly & in my favour. Extremely helpful.

Disappointing make up and customer service.

I ordered some make up to support this company’s vegan products. Sadly, two of the items were poor quality but the biggest faff was caused about my request for return/refund. The foundation was terrible quality (watery and gritty consistency, even after shaming the bottle as instructed) and the pump broke within days anyway! One of the mascaras was just awful (I should’ve believed the reviews that reflected this very complaint from some other customers) as it was clumpy and smudgey from the first use.

I emailed Customer Service back and forth for days - they basically didn’t seem to believe me as they requested I send the items back in the mail at MY expense for P&P and then said IF they agreed that the products were not up to standard, only then I would get a refund.

As a customer, it put me in a poor situation - I had to go to that trouble and potentially be out-of-pocket on the gamble that they believed me, as it was clear they didn’t seem to over email. I didn’t bother parcelling it back up and paying for the return in the hope I would get my refund as I risked being even further out of pocket, I just never purchased from Bare Minerals again

The customer service at bare minerals it superb! Fast, responsive and resolution reached very quickly, with true care for their customers.

This lip gloss superceeded my expectations, which was already high as a bare mineral customer of 10 years.
Colour, application, effect, longevity and moisturisation if lips - fantastic. Bought 2 more of the same, 1 as a gift and another for me, cos im inclined to loose things.

Alex was extremely helpful. Very polite and courteous. My order was mislaid by the courier so a 2nd order was sent out and as I needed the order before going away the order was sent out by express delivery and was delivered within 2 days and arrived a day before going away. Was kept informed by the company and Alex was always quick to respond to emails. Would definitely recommend using the company
