Ashford are clueless when asked a question about thier cars, and really lack customer service skills.. by all accounts they dont need customers who have purchased a car from another dealer!!

Helpful and Friendly service department, I purchased my F-Type here 3 years ago and have returned every year for its annual service and M.O.T., Barretts are not my nearest maindealer but sometimes you have to go the extra miles.

Excellent experience
I purchased a car from Barretts BMW in Canterbury. I found it to be a relaxing and stress free experience. I was made to feel welcome by staff in the showroom and Duncan was very professional and not pushy in any way. I am delighted with my new vehicle and would highly recommend this business.

Excellent service
2016 BMW 335d Touring, 57500m, front shock absorber seal split and leaking heavily (pothole), failed MOT. Swift and sympathetic response from staff at Barrett’s Ashford meant replacement fitted within two working days; and under my BMW extended warranty, thank you very much Sophie and the others involved.

I had a great experience with Barrett’s Ashford yesterday. I chose to wait for it while they fitted two new tyres on my Mini. I sat and read and drinking cups of tea for just over an hour. They cleaned my car afterwards which was a bonus.
They may be a little more expensive than a tyre place but do you do get a good service.10/10 from me.
