The claim took longer to settle than I had originally anticipated, even though the other party accepted liability from the outset. There were delays in reponses from certain medical experts and on occasion I had to chase for updates. Emails and calls were responded to when I did. I was given a lot of information to assist with the decision making process and was able to discuss concerns further. Overall, I was happy that the outcome was fair.

Sian Taylor and her colleagues were very informative from the start to finish. I was kept up to date with the progress of the case throughout the whole process - not once did I have to contact for an update. I never imagined this process to be so easy and stress-free.

After an accident at a hair salon, I enlisted Katharine Evans to work to achieve me compensation for the damage to my hair and loss of earnings. She was so kind and understanding from the start and promptly replied to any queries/questions I had.
