James Edwards is a breath of fresh air. He deals with matters promptly and thoroughly. Always replies to texts and emails, returns calls. Not everyday you get solicitors doing that. Would recommend him 100%.

I contacted Sian Taylor 18 months ago after I had received a terrible burn following IPL treatment. I had no idea of the process or potential outcomes I was just grateful for someone to talk to about my dreadful scars. Sian talked me through what Bartletts could do how, financial implications, expected outcomes etc. All e mail's, conversations and letters were answered promptly and she kept me informed of the progress of thing at regular intervals. Appointments were made for me with excellent specialists that have helped with improving the look of my scarring which I was extremely thankful for.

Probably the worse "professional" service I ever experienced in the UK. New to the UK, I was foreign to the many illegal ways estate agents run their businesses here, failing to inform and protect tenants deposits, and lost over £3,500 in deposit. I turned to a good friend who is a Barrister, who guided me and then recommended me to turn to solicitors with expertise in property law. Choosing Bartletts was by far the biggest disappointment and waste of time ever!

They seemed professional in the beginning after they had reviewed my situation and said that they would take on my case until.... they failed to deliver on to their promises such as sticking to scheduled call appointments, failing to return calls, failing to respond to emails and so on. This continued for over 5 months!! I never heard back from them despite the fact that their receptionist kept saying that they've been informed and they will get back to me by the end of the day. It was always "at the end of the day".

Have never since nor will I ever recommend to anyone!

I used Bartlett’s Solicitors as I had half my hair burnt off with bleach from a salon. I’ve been very happy with Nicola who was the solicitor looking after my complaint. I never had to call they always kept me informed and advised me correctly on what to do. I would use them again if needed. Great service and very efficient. I got a good sentlement. I’ve worked with Bartlett’s a few times, once for a new purchase that was successful and twice when sales fell through for reasons outside their control. Each time has been pleasant and the team are very responsive. I can’t fault the service.

Although they got the job done it seemed to be long winded process with a couple of unnecessary hiccups along the way...including trying to actually pay the bill at the end.. Not totally disatisifed just expected a smoother and more professional service really...

Just recently remortgage my property and uses Bartletts Solicitors services. Although the communication was a little slow to begin with, we went through the process in due time. I've never done this sort of transaction before and I would have appreciated a little "insight" into the process and maybe a little more communication on Bartletts' part.
