Bought a Skoda Yeti 10/10
Bought a Skoda Yeti from them.
There were a few issues with the car that were picked up on when we came to look at it initially.
The salesman assured me that there will be a new Cambelt and water pump installed.
The car was not ready on the date we agreed upon as when they were putting the car through for a new MOT there was an issue found.
To make up for the inconvenience they delivered the car to me. I was initially going to drive my car to them for the handover.
They gave me a fair trade-in offer for my Mk. 2 Ford Focus, when I feel larger companies would attempt to low-ball.
The driver that delivered my Skoda on their low loader was friendly and professional.
I have since found some issues with the car and have contacted them to get them sorted under the three month warranty. They have not left me hanging or attempted to give me any sort of run-around.
They have agreed to take the car to sort the issues this coming week. If there is no change or update to this review, it’ll be safe to assume they have done the work they said that they will. : )
