Booked this service for an airport transfer specifically because we needed child car seats and couldn't just grab an Uber as a backup. The driver never showed up.

We had to call the company and were left waiting 40 minutes at 1.30AM with young children before someone finally came to get us. There was no proactive communication from them — we had to chase this ourselves after realising no one was coming.

When I raised a complaint afterward, I was offered a 30% refund of the cost. For a service that's meant to be reliable — especially one marketed toward families who specifically need it because other options (like a quick rideshare) aren't viable — this fell well short. A 40-minute wait with kids at 1.30AM in an unfamiliar place isn't a minor inconvenience, and a partial credit doesn't really address that.

I can't recommend this service if you need something dependable, particularly late at night or with children in tow.

Avoid BA Transfers at all costs.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We were told the evening before travelling home that our pre-booked airport transfer had been cancelled, leaving us with less than 24 hours to find alternative transport while travelling with two young children. Completely unacceptable.

The only reason we even knew was because we happened to listen to a voicemail. Had we missed it, we would have arrived expecting our transfer and been left stranded with our children.

Calling customer services was a complete waste of time. They couldn’t have cared less. There was no apology, no explanation worth mentioning, no effort to help us find an alternative, and no acknowledgement of the stress they’d caused. We were simply told it had been cancelled, as if that was the end of the matter.

What’s the point of pre-booking and paying for a transfer if the company can cancel at the last minute without offering any solution? BA Transfers have shown they are completely unreliable and have no regard whatsoever for their customers.

If you value your holiday ending without unnecessary stress, book with literally anyone else. I would never trust BA Transfers again and will make sure everyone I know hears about this experience.

I joined this company as a driver just last week 15th of June 2026 and now following week I have left this company as a driver because very unprofessional towards the driver !!
I asked 4 times that what day will I get paid the trips I done previous week because it's all card and account jobs which is paid to the company directly in advance, but no answer !! ?? Why take so long to answer a simple question from the driver who is working for you.

Then finally I was told it's following Saturday !!?? What , that means I almost have to wait 2 weeks to be paid!!? How I'm I spouse to fill up the fuel for my car and pay the airport pickup and drop off chargees !!??

Very misleading company, advertising itself online as Wembley minicabs, allows you to book and pay in full, then rings and says it only does airport transfers!!!! Do not use

I purchased the printer shaker bundle and I am very impressed. I am a new printer so this is perfect. It was easy to assemble and thier customer service is excellent. I couldn't ask for a better set up and the quality of the prints are great. I'm very happy and will be purchasing the supplies from them when needed.

The car was not very big for 3 of us including luggage. The driver turned the radio on very loud and I had to ask him to turn it down.

Our driver provided excellent service. Our luggage was delayed for almost an hour, but we were able to text with our driver who assured us that he would be waiting for us.
He was a skilled, careful driver, pleasant and polite. The trip from the airport was a great start to our holiday in London.

We only take BATransfer for airport journeys. All drivers are lovely, verh competent and great conversationalists if you are so inclined! Cannot recommend enough!!+
