The eye examination was very thorough and each element was explained.
The environment is modern, friendly and welcoming. The options regarding lens and frames was discussed and short and longer term issues covered. Delivery was within the advised timeframe.

Optician thorough as always shame rest of the team are not meeting expectations
Your optician is absolutely great very thorough and reassuring. The staff running the shop seem to just want to sell 12 month cover not interested in the customer and their needs, no help with choosing new glasses or with enquiries about hearing aid move to them they made it very complicated. Found an arrogance there and didn’t seem to care . Would think twice about buying glasses there again but will stay with the optician.
