My experience with Bayfields opticians was amazing , the staff is working at high standards , truly recommend. 👏 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The optician was pleasant and explained everything succinctly during the procedure. There was no pressure on me to buy new lens or frames. It was left to my own discretion.

The examination and explanation for my issue was outstanding.

This was my first time at Bayfields, and I was so impressed by the service. Kish was so thorough, providing a comprehensive eye examination and then explaining the results of the scans. Nav took the time to explain all the different lens options in detail. Cannot recommend Bayfields enough!

Fantastic service very professional and friendly would highly recommend. The optometrist Kish was top tier, he simplified all the jargon and gave great advice to keep my eyes healthy.

I had my regular eye examination at Bayfields, South Woodford. I have been seen by Kishan for several years and he is always friendly and professional. The service is great.

To be perfectly fair I wasn't overly impressed.
I was found out to be short sighted and was recommended varifocals no idea why though because I don't need glasses for reading.
I tried them for approx 2 weeks, but they made me feel dizzy and I took them back to bayfields and they changed the lenses.
I actually thought that I might have got a refund as the varifocals are more expensive, but I didn't.
The time scale was rather too long, nobody from Bayfields updated me when the glasses would be ready I waited almost 3 weeks for the lenses to be changed. I emailed and rang them twice to find out when they would be back in.
My overall opinion of Bayfields I won't be back if and when I need to change my glasses I will thoroughly check out any new opticians customer service before I give anyone my business.
What happened to service with a smile.

The staff and especially the optician was very knowledgeable and I felt confident with her examination. My glasses frames were well tightened and I was given good advise regarding dry eye drops and Lutein supplements. The staff were all friendly and helpful and didn't pressurise me into buying new glasses.

Nice and experienced team for a check up and contact lens consultation. They had time, weren't rushed and advised me as an individual (life style, clinical history etc listened to and taken into account).

Optician saw me on time, was friendly and explained all the tests as they did them.

This was my first appointment at this opticians. It was easy to book the appointment. The eye examination was very good, the optician explained everything very thoroughly.
