I always look forward to my visits to this organisation. From the warm welcome upon arrival, to the friendly and proficient ophthalmologist undertaking the eye test through to the smiling goodbyes as I walk out of the door, it’s a fabulous experience!

Bayfields Opticians ensured that follow-up at a NHS clinic took place. Following eye laser treatment and eye test they explained the eye scan results clearly.

Lizzie is a confident creative member of staff (I don't know how to describe her formal role) We have been working for some time on how best to combine my use of specs and lenses. We both agreed that this time that we had cracked it - or rather she had.
She is also a good ambassador for your company v the rival chains. eg allowing more time for consultations.
