They were unsuccessful every time, we have an appointment for 4 tires, upon getting there they disappointed and not get anything reserved, not recommend to anyone, no customer service nothing nothing.

These guys are awesome. Great communication, best quality tires at a great price. Hassle free and worked well with company I used to finance my tires through. After everything was verified my order shipped within two days. This my new go to business for tires. Sorry Discount Tires, Mavis. First and last worst experience ordering with this company
Considering I order tires from different companies in the past
I decided to try B & B Wheels for the first time and had a horrible experience with my order.
After placing my order and receiving emails with shipping and tracking information to only find out my order was never shipped nor sent and cancel, but never got any information from anyone
A very unprofessional and disappointing experience with B & B wheels ….

I purchased a set of hub rings not knowing the rims came with a set... other than that the order was fairly simple. A few adjustments and conversations with staff and they look fabulous. I just put them on and will update with photos.

The quality of their products is good I have no issues with quality or fitment on their products the issue is their warranties which is a third party is a bunch of crap I had two warranties on my rims the road hazard and the extends and neither one of them would cover the rims because they was damaged in a crash they said they would cover them if I had run up on a curb but yet wouldn't cover them because my vehicle was totaled along with the rims they're both accidents so I don't see where the logic in is covering them if they run up on the curb and not covering them if there's an accident neither one of them has road hazards or the extenze policy would cover my rims so now I'm stuck paying for a set of rims that I no longer can use and that's what I got the road hazard for and the extends policy for was in case something happened and like I said neither one of them is no good if I was them I would change my third party warranty people

In the event of a vehicle accident where the wheels and tires are damaged or the vehicle is deemed a total loss, these items are typically considered part of the vehicle and may be covered through your auto insurance claim. We would be happy to provide you with an invoice for your wheels and tires so you can submit the documentation to your insurance company for review.
