Poor quality products. Really bad company. Terrible customer services. They really hate after sales support.

They operate under so many trade names and variants of, they are impossible to talk with and extremely ignorant, and seem very good at ducking and diving.
Their modern day cues are shocking. Soon got sick of buying bent/warped cues or ones that fracture first-use. They don't care though. The customer does not matter with these arrogant lot.

Used email and they responded very quick which was surprising. Communication was good. Received 6ft folding pool table. Supposed to be composite bed, well it’s med covered with plastic so not quite true. Folding system is poorly made. Thin mdf and fiddly to put together. The levelling system is a pain. It’s awful design. Anyway managed to get level Meyer using some packers I had to buy. Table was perfectly level. This is where the issues now came. Hit a ball down the right side and the ball curled to the left. I hit a ball down the left side and the ball curled to the right. Hit a ball down the middle and it was straight. So the bed was bowed. It dipped to the middle. It’s warped and useless. Fair play to Riley for refunding me the table. Cheap quality tables at expensive prices.
How do you get a response from BCE?
The pool/ping pong table is fun to play. The quality is not great but it's only mdf base. Unfortunately the additional cue which is great was broken upon opening. Several emails and not a single response. The customer service is zero.
Can’t even speak to anyone
Can’t even speak to anyone. All done via email. Poor customer service and won’t be placing an order due to this. I don’t deal with places who refuse to speak to people.
Utter incompetence to deal with
Utter incompetence to deal with. They took my money then couldn’t supply one of the items so they asked if I still wanted the other item. I have told them 4 times now that I do not want the other item and wished a full refund. Their customer service rep has put out the same email 4 times and I have answered the same each time getting a little bit more frustrated each time and still no refund. Do not use this company.

I recently purchased a kids 4 in 1 snooker table, and I am delighted with the excellent product and customer service I received. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me in choosing the right product and assisting me by delivering a smaller kids size snooker cue. The delivery was prompt, and the snooker table arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
I placed my order on 28th November…paid for goods and not arrived
I placed my order on 28th November 2023, paid in full, got a confirmation but with no delivery date and now nothing. More than 2 weeks later and Christmas fast approaching there is no sign of my table arriving and no communication on when it is planned to arrive. When you are reliant on something for a child’s main gift you can’t just wait indefinitely, hoping it might arrive. The customer service number isn’t answered, neither is the chat service and emails aren’t responded to.
Edit 27.12.23 - so after much chasing of BCE and the delivery company the table did arrive 4 weeks after placing the order. Table good and kids thrilled on Christmas Day. Moved from a 1 star review to a 3 star review.
4 piece Mark Selby Signature cue.
Ordered a 4 piece Mark Selby Signature Snooker cue with case for £159.99. I'm Delighted with cue and delivery was on time. Only slight issue was the cue was not packed properly. I expected the cue to arrive inside the cue case, but no the cue was left outside the cue case with only 1 layer of cardboard around it. The box was bashed on arrival but luckily the cue was not damaged 🙏.

Ordered a pool table for my husbands birthday. Excellent quality and arrived earlier than excepected.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The worst customer experience i have had from any company... I ordered a Snooker Cue on Boxing day. And a week after i recieved an email telling me you order has been taken and is being prepaired for dispatch. I assumed this was because of the Christmas period so expected the next day or 2 to be dispatched. Another week passed still no dispatch.
They are not contactable by phone so i emailed them. They replied the next day saying we are shipping over 100 orders a day thats why your order has bot been dispatched... In my opinion as a customer that is not good enough. If your company cannot cope with demand then change your business model to speed up deliveries.
Anyway they said that my cue would be dispatched the following Wednesday and should have it by the end of the week. This was week 3 from ordering.
Wednesday came no dispatch Thur / Fri no dispatch.. In the end i cancelled my order and am now awaiting to see if the refund i requested actullly gets to me.
I pointed out mistakes on their website regarding to their dispatch dates which they denied and then back tracked on once i screenshoted and sent them proof.
Overall. Shocking customer service, incorect dispatch dates on website. If a company takes more than a week to get a product out to you that are UK based they have major logistical issues ! Dont waste your time.
Very poor tip
Just received my new cue from BCE.
The tip was very misshaped,obviously not inspected before being posted, and obviously no care on the product.
Certainly won't buy anything else from BCE.
Zero stars if possible
If i could give zero stars i would. Absolutely disappointing and zero customer service. Delivered a damaged package without attendance. I was told i needed to sign for the package but the delivery person could not get away quick enough knowing what they delivered. The manual fell out of the box and rain fell on it so of no use. Emailed the company and did not even receive an apology for the way my package was delivered. I would not recommend and i would most certainly not use again.

Played with very expensive cues in the past and this Riley cue is fantastic (just as good as the high end cues).
Delivery was right on time, so thanks for that.

I can’t comment on other people’s reviews but mine was spot on. Communication via email was good before I purchased the table. Delivery was spot on came on the correct day as said I also had the option to change days. They called me 30mins before arrival two man delivery. No damages on my table. Possible best Christmas present my son has had from his comments hasn’t left it alone.

Yous need to use a proper delivery service , the cowboys yous are dealing with will drag yous down with them ! Not happy with delivery service one bit , also after trying to speak to yourselves ! Your service is no better and I now understand why yous are using Xdp ! Your both not contactable , you yous even exist

Do not order from this company unless they start to use a different delivery company…they give you delivery dates and times then don’t deliver but not only that they forge your signature to say delivery had been refused when in fact delivery was never tried…I am still waiting for my table to be delivered after numerous attempts of trying to contact BCE and XDP the delivery company but no joy. The telephone number BCE give just tells you to send an email…you can’t actually speak to anyone!! Shocking way to treat customers…I have nearly been in tears for someone faking my signature when I have waited in every day for a week nearly…sadly you can’t get to speak to anyone I am looking into consumer rights and the small claims board due to the way I have been treated and forging/faking my signature!! I am also going to speak to the police as I’m sure forging/faking a signature is a criminal offence? I would appreciate someone from the company contacting me about this shocking treatment and letting me know when I will actually receive my table
