Do not buy, took payment for tickets for the villa then cancelled the order, never issued tickets but took payment and now will not respond to any emails. Seems to be a con. STAY CLEAR.

I’ve asked this company numerous times to stop sending me spam txt messages, it stops for a while and then starts up again.

Really unsure about this.
I've never won anything and I've entered a lot of the competitions.
Makes me wonder if the whole thing is legitimate or just an easy money making scheme.
I'd love to hear from genuine winners.

Despite the fact that they are legally obliged to accept free postal entries so that the don't have to apply for a licence for each raffle, they continue to ignore valid postal entries received. This is obviously strategic. Several other reviewers here have flagged the same issue. No customer service, no email responses.

UPDATE: they reply 18 months later to say they'll improve their response times! The irony of it!

Love bear competitions so easy to use and I won a 75inch tv first time I played. So easy to deal with got a phone call decided to take the cash value instead and had the money the following day. Highly recommend

Inexisting customer service.
Very hard to check your tickets and see if you've won.
Nobody answered my emails or instagram messages.
You should add a way of checking one's tickets without going through them all or waiting for an e-mail to prevent technical mistakes.

Iv been lucky enough to win twice in the last year!! Bear was in contact straight away. Loads different competitions to suit everyone and a decent amount of numbers for draws.
