Incroyable : c’est le mot juste pour décrire la réactivité du service client Beaubleu face à un souci de bracelet sur une Ecce Lys aussi belle qu’agréable à observer durant la journée. L’échange s’est fait sans encombre au showroom. L’accueil y est aussi remarquable que le service par courriel ou par téléphone ; merci pour cette attention. Beautiful watch. The design and finishing is far above the price category.
I bought the Ecce Vesperal on the blue leather strap. A very nice combination.
Readability takes some getting used to but the round hands are a delight to look at.
The Miyota caliber is not something special but it runs perfectly and more accurate than most of my Swiss watches.
Delivery was fast and the watch arrived in perfect condition.
I own different watches in various price categories and this is a beautiful addition to the collection.

Great frequent communication throughout the process. Responsive interaction and delivered before expected. Product is great quality, unusual and very well presented. Prompt follow up to any questions and continued check-ins along the way. The watch it's self is outstanding, comfortable to wear and regularly starts a conversation.

Customer service was AMAZING!!! I called to make sure my watch band would fit as I have large wrists and they assured me it would. I absolutely LOVE this watch. Classy and unique. The rose gold is stunning and I love the clasp. This watch is pure class!!! I highly recommend. The only downside (which is really small) is that if you haven’t worn it in a few days, you have to manually wind to get it started again. Not a big deal though. Love this watch.

I bought the watch as a gift for my husband, who’s a major watch collector! And he loved it .. he would talk about how beautiful the open back case is, and the face of the watch, and the color. He also loved how light it felt.. he absolutely LOVED it ..

This experience was great. Even though my order note disappeared from the order (worth checking the website for bugs! :)), the team quickly fixed the tracking issue.
Anyway, the watch is great - I bought it as a mark for my son's birth (now 2 months old), so it has a special meaning to me. The most serious horology addition to my watch collection till time. I like the form factor, overall appereance, and the seriousness of assembly.

What began as the purchase of a limited-edition watch unexpectedly became something much more personal.

When purchasing the limited-edition Beaubleu Paris watch, one of only 888 pieces, I initially asked whether it might be possible to reserve a meaningful serial number to commemorate a personal milestone. To my surprise, Beaubleu offered me a very unique number — one that was far more meaningful than the number I had originally hoped for. It felt almost as though the watch had found its own connection to the occasion.

I have been an avid watch enthusiast and collector for many years, and what initially attracted me to Beaubleu was the design philosophy. As an architect, I am naturally drawn to objects where design, proportion, geometry and the way something is experienced come together. I was particularly fascinated by La Pièce No.1 and its unusual approach to displaying the invisible hand - an inventive solution that is both technically intriguing and visually poetic.

But ultimately, the watch itself was only one part of the experience. What impressed me just as much was everything surrounding the purchase. Despite being based outside Europe and Beaubleu being a young watchmaker in Paris, the distance never felt like a barrier. The communication, advice and feedback throughout the process felt personal rather than transactional. There was a genuine willingness to understand what I was looking for and why the watch was important to me.

Then came the presentation and the note from the founder. These details may seem small, but they completely changed the experience of receiving the watch. It felt like opening something that someone had taken the time to prepare for me and that distinction matters.

As a collector, I have experienced many purchases where the excitement is largely about acquiring the object itself. With Beaubleu, the experience extended beyond the watch. The anticipation, the conversations, the personalization, the presentation, the note, and finally the unexpected serial number all became part of the story of the piece.

For me, that is what makes it memorable. A watch can be beautifully designed and technically interesting, but when the brand creates an experience around it — one that makes the collector feel seen and connected to the object — it becomes something more than another piece in a collection. It creates a memory.

Beaubleu's approach speaks to a real understanding of what enthusiasts and collectors value: not only the watch, but the story, the craftsmanship, the individuality and the experience surrounding it.

I am very happy to have this particular piece as part of my collection, and even happier that its story turned out to be so unexpectedly personal.

I wish the entire Beaubleu team the very best with their 2026 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève nomination. I look forward to seeing where the brand takes its design language next, and to discovering the innovative watches and ideas that will come from their Paris studio in the years ahead.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband for our 15th dating/10th married anniversary. To say it exceeded my expectation would be putting it mildly. From the presentation to the actual product every detail was immaculate and obviously very thought out. My husband had not heard of Beaubleu but he is officially a big fan. I did reach out to customer service with a concern after placing my order and the response was prompt and very polite. 100% will purchase again.
