Thank you!
Honestly, I made an order on there, and then saw the reviews online which gave me mixed opinions and immediately wanted a cancellation.
They got back to me and sent me the process to, but my product came in early, on time and its original!.
Thank you!.

Hi Saheed,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience — we know it can be nerve-wracking ordering from a new store, especially after reading mixed reviews. We’re delighted your order arrived earlier than expected, exactly as described, and 100% original.
We work hard to provide fast delivery, Next day delivery options before 8pm, genuine products, and responsive customer care, and it means a lot to see that come through in your experience.
Your feedback not only made our day, but will also help reassure other customers who may be wondering whether to give us a try. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to serving you again.
Kind regards,
Beauty Scent Customer Experience Team

Hi Gilly,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. When a product arrives damaged, we follow a set process to make sure we can resolve it quickly and fairly for both our customers and our suppliers. This includes requesting photos or videos (which you kindly provided) and, in some cases, the return of the item so we can investigate with the courier and prevent it happening again.
We understand this can feel inconvenient, but it’s an important part of our duty of care to all customers to ensure every claim is handled consistently and transparently.
If you’d like to continue with the return, please get in touch with our team at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk and we can provide a prepaid returns label so you won’t have to cover the postage cost yourself. We’d still like to make this right for you.
Kind regards,
Beauty Scent Customer Experience Team

Hi Nigel,
We’re sorry to read your comments and take claims of non-delivery very seriously. We’ve looked into our records but can’t match this order to your name or details provided here. When an order is delayed or goes missing, our team follows a set process to investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution, which can include replacement or refund.
We’d like to review this in more detail — if you could contact us at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk with your order number and delivery address, we can check exactly what happened. We pride ourselves on delivering orders promptly and resolving any issues quickly, so your feedback is important to us.

Hi Tania,
We’re very sorry for the frustration you experienced with this order. You placed an order for 8 units of Marc Jacobs EDP, but unfortunately, while your order was being completed, other customers purchased the last few units available. This meant we couldn’t fulfil the full quantity you requested, and as it was our last allocation of stock, we had to cancel the order.
We understand how disappointing that was, and we also regret that your refund was delayed — this is not the experience we want our customers to have. Once we received full clarity on the issue, your refund was processed and completed quickly.
We are making significant changes to help prevent this type of overselling in future, and to ensure refunds are processed promptly in the rare event it happens again. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention — your feedback helps us improve.
Kind regards,
Beauty Scent Customer Experience Team
