Zero Communication and Pure Ignorance
I would give no stars at all if possible. Communication at zero, no phones are answered, with constant voice mail directing for Whatsapp contact for a quicker response, nothing from Whatsapp either, even though they have read my multiple messages. I take it as an absolute customer ignorance, as such - never again. There are plenty of other companies, who will look after their customers with a right attitude.

Was a bit skeptical of this website due to the low prices and a handful of bad reviews but the parcel came in 3 business days and everything seems to be in good condition. Not sure if the products are authentic as I have not tried them before but they seem to be OK at a first glance. I purchased the Semi Di Lino set with a hair mask, shampoo and leave in conditioner, alongside the Sally Hansen tan lotion and Redken Thermal heat protectant.
