Faulty lamps, no refund, not even responding to customers' requests. I used this salon four times, and on the 4th time, my body reacted awfully to the lamps in the solarium - covered in a rash. It was terribly itchy and painful, so I could not sleep at night. I am not allergic. I have used other tanning salons before and never had that terrible skin reaction. I asked for a refund as, due to obvious reasons, I could not use this salon anymore. An administrator asked me to contact a manager via email or phone. So I did twice, never once did they respond, not mentioning they did not refund. I firmly believe the lamps are faulty there, and I would not recommend anyone to risk their skin.

I’m kind of new to sunbeds and I can say this is the best salon I’ve been to. The receptionist told me everything I need to know about the different LEDs etc, and showed me around. She even told me about the different accelerators and how they work. This will now be my regular salon for sure, I felt really comfortable there. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Tanning experience, I have used the Infa red light therapy beds for my skin, which made a difference after the first session, plus a lovely golden tan. Very Happy.

The staff are friendly, professional & so welcoming. I have been coming for a Sunbed weekly for the last 6 months. They have the top of the range Sunbed & my tanning results are amazing. I always buy a package deal & it’s great value for money. The salon is absolutely beautiful & so stylish. Would highly recommended a visit

Omg this is the best sunbed shop in south London 🔥 The decor is absolutely amazing, it’s absolutely clean and more so welcoming.
