I have been using BEC for a number of years now and the service given by Morgan Coughlin-Dee is second to none. He always calls me ahead of my renewal dates with all the information he can provide me with the most competitive prices for the energy needed, and once the search agreement is in place, often comes back with even better pricing.

Read the Small Print
Not to be trusted, they give you a good deal at first, then on renewing, I was told the rates had increased by 20% but was closer to 40%.
Read the small print, I stupidly trusted them, as they had been so friendly, they quickly change once they have their commission.... which i mistook for the early termination fee. I was so wrong. I know why they were so friendly now..

June 26. & no, it is not resolved & wont be when dealing with people who behave like BEC, they get away with it, time & time again, people just read the good reviews, not the ones at the bottom.

Absolutely disgraceful experience with BEC Consultants.

They aggressively pushed us into a 4-year Pozitive Energy contract with extremely high rates, leaving us trapped in an agreement that has had devastating consequences for our business. It felt as though the priority was getting the contract signed rather than ensuring it was suitable or sustainable for us.

The cost of this contract has placed enormous financial pressure on our business and has ultimately contributed to us having to close our doors. Once the problems became clear and we reached out for help, BEC Consultants offered nothing but empty words and excuses. Despite repeated requests for assistance, no meaningful support or solution was provided.

A consultant should be acting in their client’s best interests, not leaving them tied into a contract that becomes financially crippling. We trusted their advice and deeply regret doing so.

If you are considering using BEC Consultants, think very carefully before signing anything they recommend. Our experience has been catastrophic, and we would never use or recommend them again.

The consultant name was Karl Green at the time of the signed contract.
