I was after a pair of Sketchers Sandals which no-one else had in stock. After a general search Begg shoes did have them in stock, From order to delivery everything was simple quick - so pleased I am making them my go to shoe shop. I was welcomed as I entered the shop. The young woman assistant saw what I was looking for. I explained my problem feet and she went to a lot of trouble finding me different sizes and bearing with me while I went for an appointment nearby then returned half an hour later.
I am impressed with the 60 day returns policy, too.

Very efficient and friendly. I had never heard of them so called to make sure they were legit before ordering the beige vivo barefoots sold out everywhere else.

Having a need for an H fitting shoe is a problem. The Clarks Cotrell Edge shoe is a perfect fit for me, and Begg Shoes was the only store that had my size, colour, and style when I searched.
The price was competitive, and the waterproof packing and prompt service was excellent. These shoes are very comfortable. I will be ordering a second pair now. Thank you very much.

I ordered some Skechers online for my husband - first time ordering from Begg shoes. Competitive pricing, free delivery, and they offered half sizes which I needed and some other retailers didn't stock. I didn't have to wait long for the delivery and there was even a personal note in the order thanking us for supporting an independent business. Would definitely use again
