Don’t bother
Ordered a flower girl dress I fell in love with for my wedding and although I got the dress in good time and it was ok, it was not what was advertised. After much going backwards and forwards sending pictures being told to iron it etc they said that they had confirmed with the workers that they had decided to change the design as they thought it wouldn’t look good as per picture and offered me £15 back saying I was being particular. My argument I had paid over £60 for something that wasn’t what I ordered and I wasn’t being particular just expecting to get what I thought I had ordered. They said I could have the dress altered to what I wanted ( not by them) but what’s the point in that
My advice avoid was also charged £12 for shipping when website says $9.99 to uk which is about £7.33

It was really nice, I was a bit nervous ordering an dress but they did not disappoint. Go for It. There’s a few things you might wanna change but overall really pretty dress

We initially ordered a prom dress from another vendor and upon arrival it was a mess. We placed a last minute order with Bellasprom and the dress was custom made, arrived in less than 2 weeks and the dress was perfect. High quality work and material. Awesome!!!

Ordered my daughters dress March 24th for prom April 19th with rush delivery. Dress arrived April 16th and was perfect. Seller was responsive throughout the whole time via email. Will definitely order again. Loved loved loved the dress

Would give zero stars if i could. I never even got my dress. We ordered my dress March 23rd and i needed it by April 19th for my Prom. We paid extra for the rush order and shipping so that it would get here a few days before Prom instead of a few days after. We emailed them on April 8th asking if everything was good and if the dress was on schedule to get here by April 16th(like we agreed) and they reassured us that it would be here on time. And then this morning (April 11th), they emailed us saying that they couldn't do rush order and said that the dress would be here by April 22nd. And we said that that would not work for us so then they just cancelled my order and refunded us. It all felt sketchy. Now im dressless for my SENIOR PROM that is now in a week and i have to scramble to find some medicore dress. Instead of properly and honestly communicating to us the status of my dress, they made it seem like everything was great and on schedule. Had they communicated earlier, i could have had more time to find a new dress and i wouldn't have wasted my time here. I have no idea if the dresses on this site look like the pictures but what i can say is don't order from here and expect it to get here on time. They did not keep up their end of the bargain and I'm the one who has to pay for their lack of communication. Will NOT be ordering from here again and i encourage others to do the same.

The color is rich, the fabric is soft, and it fits like a glove! I felt so confident wearing this dress. The only thing I wish is that the straps were adjustable, but it still fits well.

Guarantee, this company - I had all my bridesmaids book online. I had my wedding dress being made some where else, it was not at all the dress, I spent thousands not including time driving back and forth to a dress maker. So I ended up ordering from this site after seeing the dresses being made. I recommend giving your proper measurements if your body is not a small medium large - I did not need to have any measurements at a dress maker all online! Within 10 days I received a express (pre purchase) order!

I recently ordered a dress from Bellasprom, expecting high-quality fabric and craftsmanship, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the dress, I was immediately disappointed by the fabric's quality. It felt cheap and flimsy, not at all like the luxurious material advertised on their website. The dress was poorly constructed, with uneven stitching and loose threads everywhere.

To make matters worse, customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to address these issues. They ignored my emails and calls, leaving me frustrated and stuck with a subpar product. I would not recommend Bellasprom to anyone looking for quality formal wear. Save your money and shop elsewhere. It’s a totally scam .

Absolutely love my dress , just need to tint the mesh but that is no hastle. would definitely shop here again .
