These attorneys claim I don't have a case when I know I already have a case. My last attorney (who I would have gone through had she not passed away) already set provisions for me to re-open my case whenever I needed to in the future. They NEVER looked at my case, they had some kid call me less than 24 hours later, and try to tell me about my case that they did not even take the time to look at. If it was too much work for you, you should have just said that, and NOT LIED about it. Zero stars given!!!

Hey Joey, First and foremost I haven't spoken to multiple attorney's about my case. So I have no idea about what your talking about, and Secondly, you keeping claiming I don't have a claim, when I already have a claim number. So if I don't have a claim how do you get a claim number. It was easy as hell to do. ANY run if the mill attorney could handle that (So I thought, my bad, I hadn't spoken to your law firm yet). It was a re-opening that specifically states I can re-open it whenever I need to. So please miss me with the B.S. and if you truly wanted people to form their own opinion of your firm, you wouldn't be trying to reply to me all the time Joey. Stop the lies, and the gaslighting Joey, people in 2026 don't like that kind of thing. Try and keep up!!! More reviews coming!

Benson and Bingham represented me in an auto accident case. Communication from his staff was excellent. I was informed all along the way of the process and I was told what my choices were and what the outcome of my choices would be. The staff is extremely attentive and hard-working.
