FANTASTIC, CAN'T BELIEVE IT, SAVED THE DAY!

There was a leak in a flat we rent out. It turned out to be a PEV (Pressure Equalising Valve) under the bath. This was a live leak that needed dealing with right away, so I really needed to be able to go into a shop and buy a PEV over the counter, but it's a relatively osbcure part, so that wasn't possible.
BES's timescales were as good as that: I placed the order at 8:30pm of an evening and it turned up at 10am the following morning just as I was ready to go to the flat to install it. Unbelievable. A Godsend. Perfect. They saved the day!

The only odd thing: And this is due to the supplier, not BES: The valve didn't have any fibre washers (or washers of any sort) with it to help it seal: I had to go out and get some. Seems odd. It was order 1075803 for item 16711 Water Pressure Equalising Valve.

Customer service is fantastic! Beth is always very helpful and fast to respond. Great company to work with.

We get all our Trade equipment for Domestic and Commercial and nearly all competitive prices. I have had to shop elsewhere for stuff we would use a lot of recently though. Everyone seems to be feeling the pinch.

Prices are good however delivery is slow and customer service is poor. I ordered a number of items that included 2-off 12mm pipe clamps. I then placed a 2nd order for 2 more clamps to finish my project. The clamps came in a different size. I reported back that I needed 2 clamps the same size as previous and sent photos of the difference. They claimed that the 2 clamps that were different were not supplied by them. Basically calling me a liar.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the staff in customer service. I purchased a press tool which unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations, I emailed BES who contacted the merchant and arranged a return instantly.
They recommended a replacement unit which I received within 12 hrs, at the same time they arranged the collection of the other unit which is being collected from my home on Monday coming.
The recommended unit is fabulous absolutely chuffed with advice given.

Tracy at BES- Was fabulous. when our delivery had not arrived she chased it up and got all the info we needed to find our product. I can't recommend her enough she reassured me and made me feel that as a customer I was getting the best service.
