Thoroughly recommend Bespoke Smile.
I'm a nervous patient, however everyone was really supportive. The treatments were completed on time, and I'm thrilled with the results. If you want to improve your smile, and general health of your teeth /gums give them a call. So pleased I went ahead, I cant stop smiling!.

Looking for a good cosmetic and implant dentist can be daunting. I needed dental implants for my upcoming wedding. Turned to YouTube to educate myself more about the procedure- listened to several cosmetic dentist; then I stumbled on Dr Gurs. He has a wealth of knowledge, I listened more and more and was able to understand fully as he conveyed his knowledge in very easy to understand terms.
Booked a consultation- first thing that grabbed my attention was his clear and very calm voice, which immediately calmed me down. Thank you for really explaining things to me.
I must admit, I expected to experience a fair amount of pain during and after the surgery. I was astonished to feel no pain throughout the entire process, nothing.
I cannot begin to express how happy I am, what fantastic work done and I've certainly gained more confidence. Before, I gave faint smiles; never wide to show my gap of missing back teeth- it gets tiring when you cannot laugh/smile as you want naturally.
It feels amazing and now confident that I can smile as wide as I want on my big day.

I booked my first appointment with Dr Gurs Sehmi and his team from Nigeria and had to travel all the way to the UK to correct an awful job done by a local dentist. I had an awful looking dental bridge (I couldn’t laugh without covering my mouth), several dental complications and I was in a state of complete hopelessness.
Dr Gurs and his team made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. He’s a great listener, he took note of all the tiny details and always took his time to explain the treatment process to me and answer all my questions. I had a bone graft surgery first, then a tissue graft, implants and dental bridge.

The final look was beyond amazing, even with the temporaries he crafted I regained my confidence and was able to smile and laugh in public without covering my mouth.
I had an amazing experience and I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 💯.

The results have far exceeded my expectations and I can’t stop smiling! I feel so much more confident and truly transformed. The service at Bespoke is really excellent. It’s such a friendly atmosphere, everyone is so kind and welcoming, I actually enjoyed my visits! And I always felt that the team had my best interest at heart. I was looked after by Lydia, Aleema and Anna but I get the impression the whole practice are lovely and extremely professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Over the years my teeth had become very worn away, chipped and discoloured and I was afraid to smile ! Following my initial consultation with Anna, who was brilliant and answered all my questions, I met with Sam who talked me through the options and a proposed plan of action . I have to say from start to finish the whole team were amazing. Pano carried out a gum graft to reverse my receding gums and then Gurs gave me a brand new implant at the front . Sam then came in and worked his magic and gave me a whole new smile !! The whole process was smooth and pain free and I am delighted with the results . The journey was a very personal one and the care and warmth the team showed me made it a pleasure …. Thank you Bespoke I can’t stop smiling !

I would highly recommend bespoke smile. Particularly, I would not trust anyone other than Dr Sharples with my teeth. Her kindness and professionalism through has been consistent from the first consultation through to the completion of my treatment. It is a huge testament to her work that the first comment I often receive when meeting people for the first time is my smile.

As someone who probably should have given my teeth a bit more love over the years, I had some trepidation about getting them sorted. Luckily I got in touch with Bespoke Smile. From the initial online introduction, to consultation with Sam, and then to Lydia for the treatment, everything was handled so professionally and with such enthusiasm - very different to many dental practices! My treatment included whitening, a fixed brace for 7 months, and then some small cosmetic enhancements. The transformation in my smile is fantastic and I wish I’d done it years ago (but, hey, better late than never)! Lydia has been amazing, a perfectionist for whom nothing is too much trouble, and her support team friendly and professional. Overall I’m very happy with the results and the service from everyone at Bespoke Smile, and will definitely recommend them.

Sam and his team are amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My teeth and gums are in poor health and I had a consultation with Sam about 3 months ago, Sam gave me various choices of treatment, and Sam was understanding of my needs, and very empathetic. He is an amazing person talking me through the whole treatment plan and listening to everything I had to say in relation to my feeling and confidence in gaining a new smile.

Anna and Jessie were very friendly at reception, they exceeded professional customer care.

Today I had Pano and Sophie for extensive gum treatment. Pano is extremely good at his job and I waited 3 months just to see him, which was worth every penny, he is a great ambassador for the company.

Sophie was kind and attentive and kept reassuring me whilst having treatment, they made a great partnership and Sophie ran the whole procedure smoothly with Pano at the helm.

Pano is so in demand from the UK and abroad due to his skill and expertise.

I then saw Karina who built a bridge for me and was a true master of her craft, my family commented later that the temporary bridge that Karina had made was fantastic, the family could not believe the temporary bridge looked exactly like natural teeth. I spent around 3 hrs with Karina and she wanted me to be happy with her work, regularly checking to see how I felt about how she was shaping my 3 teeth temp bridge. Karina saw that I had lost a filling in one of my bottom teeth and addressed this issue straight away. I call that outstanding professional care.

Karina you made me feel so confident after the fitting, I felt so good in myself and at peace having waited 20 years plus to pluck up the courage to have this treatment.

Karina did such an amazing job that if the temporary bridge was left in for the rest of my life, I would be extremely happy with it.

Sophie helped Karina transform my teeth and was gentle and kind and attended to any issue I had promptly and with care and consideration to my individual needs.

I am beyond happy with the service that I have received from every single member of staff at Bespoke Smile - everyone is so friendly & welcoming, they all put you at ease straight away and you can really tell that they all thoroughly love what they do and the difference that they make to people's lives - the quality of their service is impeccable and I highly recommend them.

I had invisalign on my bottom teeth, a fixed retainer, whitening, 8 veneers at the top and I saw the hygienist. I also had a chipped tooth that Dr Sam Jethwa kindly made a temporary fix for prior to me having the trial smile.

I suffer with severe anxiety, depression and PTSD so to say I was terrified is an understatement; anyone that is nervous of any form of dental treatment this is most definitely the ideal place for you. From the second you walk into the beautifully decorated and impeccably clean environment you are immediately put at ease by a warm, friendly welcome from the staff (all of whom you feel like you've known forever!) and throughout the entire visit you are kept informed of what will be happening etc - there are also TV's on the ceiling for your longer visits!

My front, top tooth got chipped when I was younger and has always been a major source of insecurity for me - even more so since it had to have a root canal and drastically lost its colour of the last few years. I have, for the longest time, smiled or laughed whilst hiding behind my hand and have always felt extremely self conscious when it comes to my teeth. I had plans for many years to travel to Turkey and when I say I'm glad I didn't....I am SO glad I found Bespoke Smile before it was too late! The prep was minimal, the gum laser and other equipment are so high tech, the attention to detail and perfectionism of the team is something you simply can't put a price on. I'd had dentists in the past reduce me to tears telling me how bad my teeth and smile were and how much work was needed to correct this, as a nervous patient these were all things you did not want to hear. By the time I'd plucked up the courage to make yet another dental appointment I was feeling rather deflated. However I was very shocked when Sam pointed out all my positives! He instantly made me feel at ease and confident that I'd finally found someone that was listening to me and how the whole process was going to be stressful to me, because of this I felt informed every step of the way. I had an implant done by Dr. Gurs sehmi and felt he had a very calming nature and reassured me throughout the whole procedure and was always available for any questions and issues I had. My only regret was I wish I'd found them sooner!

I had bite issues for many years that had caused my teeth to become worn and damaged. I also wanted to enhance and show a better smile which I was not able to do.
I needed a dentist who I could trust and have faith in and at the top of his profession. Dr Sam fulfilled all of these requirements. He was able to rectify all my issues and concerns and always available to answer my worries. Highly Recommended - please don’t take any chances - see Dr Sam.

I contacted Bespoke Smile as I was unhappy with my existing 4 veneers which I’d had since 2002 and had been advised by my regular dentist to leave well alone even when a gap had started to appear.
I had a consultation with Sam who advised me he could replace them, I felt so reassured that I didn’t hesitate to sign up for treatment I was delighted with the trial smile which looked and felt so much better than my old veneers.
My new veneers were fitted a couple of days ago and I’m delighted, so much so that I’m already considering four more veneers to further enhance my smile 😃
