Good Mattress - Great Service and Delivery - Highly Recommended.

Visited your showroom after being recommended by a family member..Very helpful young man, very professional and knowledgeable about the products on display..We didn’t feel at all rushed into making a decision as to which product to purchase..We were encouraged to return as many times as we liked to try out the mattress’s before making our final decision..So pleased to be able to support a local business..

We had to wait longer than the expected but the bed is very good were happy with it

Just had my second bed delivered by Jason and I’ve got to say it’s fantastic. Great service both times, also my brother had a bed last year and is over the moon with it. Can’t recommend these guys enough. If you need a bed make this your first place to look, you won’t be disappointed.

Really happy with the service and being kept up to date on delivery etc. All good so far bed seems lovely. Only slept in one night but seems really comfortable.

I wanted an ottoman bed that did not have exposed slats or a fabric bottom. I found one on this site at a reasonable price. Good quality bed frame ordered and delivered within 2 weeks. Delivery was good as I was informed on the date it was being delivered and also got a call letting me know they were half an hour away.

We are so happy with the bed base we purchased. It is great quality and looks good, the price was very good too. The service from Best Beds has got to be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I placed the order on the Thursday, was emailed on Friday morning to arrange the delivery day of my choice the following week. I was so impressed with the flexibility they offered. The delivery itself was also a first class service. I had a text to say what time the driver was due on the day and they were spot on with the time. The delivery drivers were polite and careful, they took the bed base upstairs to where I asked them to put it. Overall, I would definitely use Best Beds Direct again I was so impressed with their products and customer service.
