Unfortunately not reliable. They have sent me a really good offer and I have turned down some other offers in order to choose the one from this company and after filling the forms for the loan and everything, call them the next day and I was told that the offer price was wrong and the actually offer was £45 more per month. Not very professional I would say so I will stay away from this company

Best car finder offered a competitive deal on the model I was interested in, but it's not all about the price.
It was a pleasure dealing with Adam.
He called me around 9.30 the morning after I'd expressed my interest online late in the evening. I thought that was a good service. Throughout the process he has been responsive and very clear in his communication, answering all of my questions. His manner has been friendly at all times.
Adam should get a lot of credit for completing this deal. I had poor experiences with other suppliers and could easily have wavered and walked away completely. But Adam's efficiency and professionalism made it easy for me to see it through. Thank you Adam.

From enquiry to order, took a total of approximately 3 days including all the background checks and getting the order exactly as we wanted. This order was for 2 seperate cars, and to get them both squared away so quickly was really pleasing. We are now awaiting the delivery of both cars within the factory delivery times.

Adam was amazing start to finish, he was always quick and efficient with replies and always answered any questions. I would highly recommend BCF and Adam in particular!

I was looking around in comparison sites for a lease car and I found one of the best deals to be with Best Car Finder. Adam was nothing but helpful from the start, with helping go with the best option for millage all the way to signing the contract with the lender. Amy was also very helpful when it came to choosing a delivery date for my car and called after it had been delivered to make sure everything was okay!

The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy. I have never leased a car before so was quite hesitant at first, however Rebecca and Amy were so helpful and responded to any queries I had quickly. I had made enquiries with a few other companies at first but found their sales tactics too pushy and felt they didn't listen to me whereas Best Car Finder were nothing but helpful and let me take my time to make the best decision for me and my husband. I needed to source a car quickly due to my old car being written off and Rebecca and Amy were able to get my new car delivered to me within 3 weeks of my initial enquiry. They kept in contact through the whole process and even called after my car was delivered to check if everything was okay. I love my car and can't recommend them highly enough!

I'll start with the positives, because at point of sale they were excellent.

Fantastic deals, great customer engagement on the sale and quick turnaround. Could not fault the sales process at all.

However, be very careful if you are ordering a car that may have longer lead times as this is where they become unscrupulous.

I ordered a ranger raptor in march 23. Delivery due September 23, which tied in with my existing cars return perfectly.

Importantly, at purchased I was assured and even promised that the vehicle was an existing order from January 23, no issue with it coming by Sept 23, worst case Q3/4 23.

I later acquired a copy of the order form with Ford and it clearly states order date and contract date of end March 23!

I would receive sporadic updates from BCF, but was even told in July 23 that the car would be coming September 23, despite it not having even been allocated a build slot at the factory!! Build to delivery takes roughly 3 months....

Wind forward to January 24 and I am trying to cancel my order and as of today I finally have a build slot with best delivery of June 24!! that will be 15 months from order!!

Yet BCF find it morally right to now not only keep my original arrangement fee but to also charge me hundreds of pounds extra to cancel my order. An order which will be re-filled in days at the most!!

I offered to leave them the arrangement fee if they waived the cancellation fee, which they will not accept either.

For reference, I cancelled previously with another lease provider (leasingoptions.co.uk - fantastic company) due to a vast change in lead time from point of order, who returned my original fee and didn't even mention a cancellation fee, but then they were reasonable and fair.

So in summary - if you are ordering a car which is genuine stock and no known supply issues, crack on, they will no doubt be a great company to deal with.

BUT... if there is any doubt of the lead time or stock on your given car - stay well away, they will show no moral standards and pin the contract to you.

I'm going to let the motor ombudsman decide either way, but felt best to warn any prospective buyers!
