Ordered well in advance for a coat to come in time for Christmas.This didn’t happen,arrived late, was tacky material and sizing wasn’t great.Was too small even tho ordered an xl so wanting an exchange.These finally replied after weeks emailing them for them to say it would cost me to return even tho states 30day money back guarantee,so would cost me atleast a quarter of amount,if not half amount to return so pointless.Then said they would give me partial refund and keep the coat (which of course is too small so pointless in doing that),More expense basically doing either cos dont get your money back you paid either way. Robbing company and after 4months I finally get an email getting a partial refund of a poxy $21 from a coat that was $87

They sent me someone else's order

They sent me someone else's order. They must have because oitnofnthebitemsni bought only 1 was something I ordered. They also want me to pay for their mistake and spend my money to send it back to them. Or keep all of these items and only recoup 53 dollars while spending closer to 200. This isn't right and is down right fruad.

I never received my package

I never received my package, they claimed it was sent to post office in Atlantic City and Atlantic city post office said they never received it. I will never recommend nor make another purchase. Very disappointed. Honestly I will give besthunny no stars.

Articoli completamente sbagliati. Disonesti e assistenza pessima

Ordinati 3 articoli, ne spediscono 3 ma totalmente diversi da quelli ordinati. Compilo il modulo di contatto dal sito per richiedere reso e rimborso ma non rispondono, se invio una email al servizio clienti ricevo risposta che la mail non puà essere recapitata. Mi rivolgerò a PayPal per aprire la contestazione, sito inaffidabile e servizio clienti inesistente. Pessimi

Aggiornamento: tramite PayPal ho trovato un altro indirizzo email a cui scrivere, hanno risposto proponendo un rimborso parziale. Ho rifiutato chiedendo per il reso e sorpresa, le spese di spedizione ed eventuale sdoganamento sono a carico mio, 37 euro per rispedire indietro. Non riescono a capire la differenza tra un loro errore che sbagliano completamente articoli e il diritto di ripensamento..shop da evitare, a tutti gli effetti una truffa! Aprirò segnalazione con PayPal e manderò le conversazioni avute via email col venditore.
AGGIORNAMENTO: il venditore ha ricevuto la merce indietro ma non effettua il rimborso (nonostante lo prometta via email), resta solo la denuncia presso la Polizia Postale.
