This is the worst betting app I have ever used, constantly freezing, lagging, no depth of market, u can tilt your phone/tablet any which way you will still end up with just one price to back and one to lay, it is light years behind bet fair, a really poor customer experience

Shocking treatment to a long standing customer!!
Never ever had a problem with betdaq in 20 + yrs it’s an ok exchange..I deposit the 1st morning of Cheltenham and lo and behold my account is suspended then closed without any warnings or reasoning of why.?Except of course to the idiot you decided I had to go for doing precisely nothing untoward ..

Be very careful using this site .My account was locked out of the blue with over 5 grand in it. Had to provide lots of personal information then they permanently closed my account for no reason at all .Be very careful if you use Betdaq this could happen at any time ,even if you have open bets.The sites out dated laggy .Use at your own risk .Also they normally answer on chat straight away after they close my account no answer i still have open bets .Just like any other scumbag bookies don't let them trick you into to thinking they are a safe place for match betters
The reply is a load of rubbish too .Did nothing wrong gave loads of bank statements and they just closed my account scumbags .Trying to get me to show my history on other betting sites.They message you trying to get you to change your review.Loads of fake posative reviews .Read what Caan Berry has said about them.
