Thought I would give them another go? But no way this has got to be the worst betting app they give you wrong scores and they don’t offer you a cash out , avoid this betting app at all cost !!!

I deposited yesterday and then my account was locked - there is a contact form on their site which they never reply to. They have no telephone number. They still have my money though and there's no way to contact them..... vile bunch of scammers AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WILL REPORT TO IBAS SHORTLY AND GET THE REFUND FROM MY BANK SO THEY CAN BOTH PURSUE IT

the worst company i have ever joined still waiting to be paid out after 5 days

My 20 dollars deposit was stolen telling me that I cannot withdraw them since I cannot verify the account because I am from Argentina. They are thieves, avoid putting your money here.

Had account for a while verified then out the blue got told need to send ID in and wouldn't be long before I could play again. How wrong they were

They wanted my bank statement for 3 months my tax forms and my wage slips
Sent them like they asked and waited.. And waited and waited
All emails were ignored and didn't have a phone number to call them on
Then i got a reply saying they suspected me of money laundering and were closing my account!!!
Morons. If I had been doing that I would have hardly co operated would I? Losing no sleep over my account being closed as they're nothing special anyway
The customer service are ignorant rude and stupid. They need to realise customer is King. I'm amazed they have a licence

This company is the biggest joke I have ever come across.. Supposed to be world's biggest poker site.. No live chat no telephone number.. Deposit few hundred and my account as been frozen.. 2 days of sending emails and still the same.. Who are these monkeys running this site... Total morons..

Customer service is atrocious
Rude unpleasant and ignorant. Never had so many emails ignored. I'm the customer you don't treat customers that way

Also no phone number?? Really. It's 2019 and I can't call you. That is enough to make sure I don't deposit again

How can a bookies have no phone number? We aren't in 1998 anymore

Live chat never worked either so you send them an email and it takes days to reply and even then it's not helpful and they're incompetent so doesn't help

Oh and bad odds/low limits

Pokerstars have just done a server maintenance without informing customers and without any emails. This also affected betstars. I have just been logged out and cannot do anything with my bets. If you enjoy live betting options and the cash out facility then betstars is the worst site to pick. Be smart and pick ANYTHING else. Literally this is the worst sports betting site ever. Not worth the experience at all.

they let you deposit but don't let you withdraw. they don't respond to messages and have no live chat. DO NOT DEPOSIT or else you may never get your money back. The wesbite is a scam

Same problem. Deposited 20 euro then at once my account was frozen. No reaction after sending 4 emails. THIEFS

I’ve had same problem as most people. Deposited 20 and got a 20 free bet. I won 205 from this. I then went to withdraw the funds and there didn’t seem to be a problem but the next day the cancelled the withdrawl and says there’s doing a security check. Been over a week now and no reply’s to an of my emails

After a deposit of 20 euro they froze my account for no reason. No reply to emails at all. Money is lost. They are thieves and can not be trusted!!!!!

Froze my account and accused my of freaking laundering money!! This was only when I withdrawing of course
The times I kept depositing this fictional money laundering wasn't an issue

How did they get a licence??

I have the same problem as many others who have submitted reviews here. My account has been frozen for over a month and a half. They've ignored every email I've sent asking why it's frozen and there's no reason for it to be frozen as my account is fully validated. I will be making a complaint to the IBAS very soon as I have funds in my account. As far as I'm concerned this is theft.

Couldn't agree more with the vast majority of reviews . Set up an account and deposited £20 and then they froze account . No emails from them and only replied after many of my emails from me . Asked for documents to be emailed over to them (bank statement , utility bill etc.) which I did and still no response . The account has been frozen for over a month now . Don't touch these people with a barge poll !

I don't understand the negative reviews.

My account was verified within 48 hours.

I won over £500.00 which was paid within 24 hours of being approved.

i joined betstars 2 weeks ago made a £20 deposit did 2 bets on £10 one lost one won £33.33 when to withdraw it and it has been pending due to secruity checks for 8 days now i have emailed support and the cashier every other day and have not had one responce back and no one has told me whats going on,,,its a terrible site
