The gym is absolutely filthy
The gym is absolutely filthy, I mentioned this to a member of staff. The staff don’t care and returned the next day to the same filthy gym conditions and another staff member that doesn’t care!

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sad to hear that Carterton's cleanliness is not as it should be and we have passed your comments onto the centre management team so they can investigate and improve.
Warm Regards
Hazal
instructors are great
instructors are great, classes are really good and the areas are clean and look tidy but the timetable doesn't always match up to what is going on.. spin is usually an hour on Wednesdays but the timetable says its 45 mins which means if you wanted to do pilates afterwards you have to leave spin early but otherwise all good no complaints.

Good Afternoon Louise,
Thank you for your lovely feedback.
We are really happy to hear that you are enjoying the activities and the cleanliness of the Carterton leisure centre. However we are disappointed to hear that the timetable online is not always up to date. I will pass on this feedback for the attention of the centre manager so this can be looked into and resolved.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Charmaine
