Great product, perfect delivery

Great product, good service all round

I have an aircon unit in my garden office that blows heat but I wasn't able to work in the office for 4 to 5 months of the year as it was too cold due to the cold seeping through the floor and my feet and legs were freezing cold. This has all changed now with the addition of my rugbuddy (and also with the thermal underlay that I had installed under the thin carpet) and I'm now able to use the room all year around and my feet are toasty. The beauty is that the rugbuddy can be used not only under the desk but also under my chair.

Got a rug buddy for our front room which gets chilly. It has taken the edge off and makes the room nice and cozy now. I added a smart plug so I can set it on a timer. Fantastic.

I stay in a ground floor flat with floor to ceiling windows. Ridiculously cold at floor level in winter despite turning central heating up. I bought a rug buddy and placed under rug beside the settee. This has made a massive difference - no more cold feet

My FootWarmer is fantastic. That extra warm glow under your feet, when you're stuck in front of a computer for too long -- wonderful. I also thought the company was very attentive, contacting me to double-check a typo I had made in the shipping address.

I have a cold excercise garden room, no matter how much I heated the room prior to my yoga - the floor was always cold. Shivasna was cold, unrelaxing and not to be lingered over. Not any more! With a rugbuddy, the UNDERLAY, a thin rug on top and my yoga mat - it is absolute bliss. Best purchase of 2024. BIG THANKYOU 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We have been using Rug buddies for years. They provide such a delightful heat, just where you need it. We decided to get two new Rug buddies as our daughter was using our original ones. They are better than ever. Can’t recommend them highly enough

Easy to install - toasty mornings!
We’re really happy with the power of the rug buddy which we can feel after just two mins. The underlay was a big help.

Just bought the largest rug buddy for our conservatory and it definitely feels lovely and warm under your feet & now the nights are cooling down we can feel the difference it makes to the air temperature in general so it’s a great addition to a usually cold room that’s hard to heat this time of year :)

Early days but so far on the colder nights we've had so far this autumn the rug buddy is proving a winner, especially for our cat!

I already have a RugBuddy which is excellent for the main lounge as I suffer from very cold feet. I bought a FootBuddy for where I do my admin and, once again, it does the job admirably. Love these products!

RugBuddy, a great invention. A cosy feeling when you sit with a RugBuddy under your feet. Soon warms up through the rug. I've bought two, wouldn't be without them now.

I purchased a large rug buddy (paid full price no offers) the rug buddy never heated properly, I contacted the owners who advised me to purchase another type of underlay which I did, this had no affect there is no heat I can feel, without the carpet and it’s bare it’s still not warm. I’ve never been offered a replacement or anything. Shocking product and service
