Our order arrived quickly and without delay. Ordered this for our garden office as the flooring is cold during the winter. My wife thought this was a gimmick, but I thought it was worth a try. Purchased some good thick underlay, fitted the RugBuddy between the underlay and our thick rug, and I now have a very happy wife! The rug buddy is amazing, it works incredibly well, gives off plenty of heat and is undoubtably one of our top recent purchases. Great product.

Really pleased with this! It's like an electric blanket for the floor. I purchased for my garden office (well insulated but has 4 external walls) and this is the only heating I have on at the moment. I might need to pop a radiator on in the depths of winter, but I'm warm and cosy for minimal cost :).

I purchased because I've been driven mad by electric underfloor heating constantly breaking (and then having to dismantle my office and rip up my laminate floor each time). This is a cheaper solution, and even if it does give up the ghost at some point it's no effort to replace it as all I have to do is lift up the rug.

I also have 3 dogs GLUED to the rug.

I bought three is is just really lovely having a a heating floor area in front of the sofa and on my cold floor. (Conventional heating is still requred to more or less the same degree.)

Bought an under-rug heater to try out…and it really does take the chill off under foot. A perfect, flexible and well priced option instead of installing underfloor heating!!

Efficient delivery of a great product that does "what it says on the tin" bringing warmth to a conservatory in a discrete manner. Can only recommend others purchase one of these mat heaters at the reasonable price that they retail at.

We have a villa in Portugal, my husband wont have radiators, so the rugbuddy is a godsend for me, as I hate the cold. The villa is made for the summer and not the winter.
Will was very helpful, and as I ordered at different times he only charged me one delivery charge.

I now have two large rug buddies in two separate rooms. They’re unobtrusive under rugs and will add a noticeable warmth to a closed room. Even the largest uses slightly less than a quarter of an electric fire so can be kept on for four times as long for the same cost. Obviously it can’t replace central heating, but does certainly have an impact on how often or how long it runs for.
Even a smaller mat under your feet will make you feel noticeably warmer.
If you have kids, it’s especially useful for giving them a warm floor to play on.
Use large rugs so the cable can be hidden under furniture and plug into a timer or remote switch and you won’t even know it’s there.
Underfloor heating without the hassle and you can take it with you when you move.

Excellent product that has made our living room super cozy at relatively little cost.
