Everything about working with Bright Ideas Accountancy has been good. My accountant Millie made things easy and enjoyable by being consistently friendly, helpful, accessible and doing everything required for my self employed accounts in a timely way.

I worked with Millie who was great and ideal for my requirements as a LTD company tech contractor. I would highly recommend her, and if I ever require an accountant in future I would have no hesitation in working together again.

I enlisted the support of Bright Ideas Accountancy whilst setting up and running my Consultancy Company. From start to finish the level of support, and attentiveness I received were nothing short of excellent - as this was my first time venturing into self-employment, I had many concerns around following the right processes, and staying on the right side of all payments and requirements. I registered a new company on Companies House for family assets this week, and within 72 hours of Companies House confirming the new limited company was set up, I was receiving postal marketing spam from Bright Ideas Accountancy, who presumably crawl the Companies House Register and spam new companies with marketing postal mail.

I didn't ask to be contacted, I don't want you harvesting my details from Companies House and I certainly don't want to use your services after this experience.

I have also left other companies who engage in postal marketing spam for new companies the same kind of review.

My accounts at BI have been managed by Jack since early 2024. I've found it a reliable service from the start, every expectation has been met and beyond.

We've just finalised my first year-end accounts and I'm happy to note it was a breeze. Jack reached out before the due date, explained exactly what I needed to do, and that was that.

As someone who still works a job alongside running my company, being able to trust that the financial and legal side of things are being managed means a good deal of stress off my back.

My previous alleged accountant had failed to complete my returns or accounts meaning there were many overdue activities that needed to be addressed so my business could continue to operate. After a panicked email I spoke with Michael who assured me BI could help. In the 1.5 months since then, Millie has dealt with everything that needed to be done and I am now fully up to date with all paperwork and no longer stressed.
